Full Face Respirator Mask - Gas Masks Survival Nuclear and Chemical for Asbestos, Fume, Resin, Dust and Chemical

AMAZON PRODUCT WIN -- I'd been dry grinding concrete and perhaps you can imagine what kind of horrible dust that creates. Earlier in my project I had dry sawed and jack-hammered concrete for which I used a traditional dust mask and safety glasses and it sucked. The mask didn't keep me from taking in that 'bad for you' silica dust and the safety glasses kept fogging and/or got sweat beads on it. At a local hardware store I found a full-faced mask. It retailed for mid-300's. Nope. Found this full-facer on Amazon for $40. (I see it for $22 today as a black friday deal!) I hadn't been this impressed with a product in a while. It presented as high quality, the straps are ridiculously easy to cinch and loosen and they hold well, it's not annoying to wear and most importantly, I had been sweating for an hour and a half and it was not an issue. No fogging. The good seal just above my brow acted like a sweatband, keeping most of the sweat out. The inner mouth and nose piece sealed good and breathing was easy. My body was covered in thick layer of dust, but my respiratory tract was all clean. No picking cement boogers the following day! I slept well on the satisfaction that something far exceeded my expectations. I am sure to use this for other uses going forward.

Comfortable and face shield stays fog free. The only downside is you can’t wear glasses with it

This mask is light weight and comfortable while using it at work. It is able to filter out dust better than the N95 that I used to use. However, the air gets trapped and making it a bit foggy when using it for a long time.

I used this when I was sanding my deck and it worked great! Worth the money.

This mask is uncomfortable to wear due to a poor knose cone design. It's square shape put pressure on my eyes. Making it uncomfortable when tighted enough to achieve a seal.The construction of this mask is good enough to look the part but not be the par with a real mask.I would not trust this to protect you from a chemical hazard. The filter provided lists chemicals from steam to Chloropicrin.There's zero information on the time frame the filter would protect you in a non permissive environment. I wouldn't recommend using this with a real cbrn filter as the mask may leak due to its construction.If your thinking of buying this for an emergency kit, I wouldn't trust it for anything beyond dust or ash. The included filter states it's a 95% efficiency.Better to just use n95.Bottom line this is a great costume mask.
