I was in love with this grill before I ever bought it, watching Guga foods cook steaks I soon had to ask the inevitable question of what kind of grill is he cooking on. Soon found the answer and knew I had to have it. Took me about 2 hours to put together as I fumbled with a few things with the instructions as I wanted to put it together like it should be 100%. Cooking chicken wings on this, bottom and top vents full open, with the water pan in the charcoal bin, closed the lid for an hour, during that time, the thermometer stayed right at 325 degrees, after the hour, opened up the grill, nothing was burned, even the wings closest to the charcoal bin, most of the charcoal was still unburned. The wings turned out perfect, wish I would have ditched my Weber years ago.

This grill is awesome! It is my 1st SNS grills but I have had Weber,Pk, Solo stove. And lots of smokers. I have not smoked anything on it because I mostly use my Hunsaker drums for that but I can tell you it's a steak grilling machine. The whole thing is very sturdy. The thermometer is in the correct place. It's easy to move around. The slow and sear is incredible. The spin around grate is awesome. All I can say it's an excellent grill and I am sure it would smoke a mean brisket or anything else you wanted to throw at it. Highly recommend. It's well built and well thought out. Very functional and the probe port and smoke ports are great additions too.

I'm sure this is a great cooker. I haven't even gotten to that point yet. The crossbar that says "SNS Grills" doesnt fit into the leg. Unbelievable. *UPDATE* After being extremely disappointed with a few parts not fitting together during assembly, I reached out to SNS support and within 20 minutes they emailed me back and have since shipped the replacement parts. The quality control issue is a bummer, but at the same time, this grill is at an affordable price for a reason. The company clearly cares and after cooking on this thing, I absolutely love it. I have changed from 3 starts to 4 stars for that reason. It would be 5, no doubt, if I didn't have the QC issue. *UPDATE ... AGAIN* OK, this cooker is incredible. Its set up so incredibly nice with the insert and thoughtfulness of SNS R&D. I am over the fact that the set up wasn't a great experience. The company made it right immediately. Product and support is excellent!

It’s a kettle grill, just perfected

I love this grill! So much more thought and engineering by SNS compared to my old Weber. The cart it sits in/on is great and sturdy, never worry about it tipping over. The side shelf is large and solid. The ash receptacle is easy to use and empty. My only complaint is the lid is very slightly warped so it doesn't get a positive seal but it hasn't affected my cooks. It's more of a nitpick I guess.
