Bought in November 2025 and the iron is stopped working Called customer support 3times They said someone will call and we need to send the product No call No msg The product is still under warranty Very frustrating and disappointing

Its great. Thers water leakage from the tank all the time but its not affecting the usage m you need to refill after like 2 shirts.. other than that its good.. its not too heavy you can easily hold it ..

nice product

I had ordered 2 steamers from this brand and both have same issue. The start button doesn’t stop after it starts throwing steam. The worst part is there’s only replacement option and no refund.

I recently bought this garment steamer from Amazon and I’m genuinely happy with it. It heats up quickly, produces steady steam, and removes wrinkles much faster than my old iron. The build quality feels solid, and it’s lightweight enough to use every day. What I liked the most is how easy it is to handle — no hassle of setting up an ironing board. Just plug in, steam, and you’re done. Perfect for shirts, T-shirts, and even light cotton kurtas. It’s also surprisingly effective on slightly thicker fabrics. Overall, a very useful product for daily use. If you’re looking for a simple, efficient, and reliable steamer, this one is a great choice!
