uneven appearance

Unfortunately, I have encountered a significant quality issue that has affected the jacket’s appearance and functionality after 6 months.When I first bought the jacket, it had a well-structured and uniform insulation pattern. However, over time, the insulation seems to have shifted, leading to a deformed and uneven appearance. The issue can be clearly visible in the attached images, where you can see a noticeable loss of shape and structure compared to its original condition.Contacted with columbia they refuse to change or refund
