Wonderful & feature packed buds!
I have been using these for a few months now and must say I enjoy them. Lots of features and tune-ability. They have a nice bass punch, more than most buds in this range. The ANC could be a smidge better but overall it works very well and does what is intended. If you can't find the right sound for your ears with these buds and the JBL app then you need to get your ears checked! They include a good bit of extra tips to find the right comfort and fit. They seem to stay put well for me but I haven't done any crazy physical workouts to test that aspect. The case is a little bigger than most but isn't too big to be a problem. The touchscreen is a surprisingly great feature. You wouldn't think it would be but being able to tune the earbuds without taking out your phone and opening the app is quite nice.Overall, I recommend these. They are great buds, sound wonderful and have tons of hidden features you'll come to really appreciate.

Best ear buds ever !
These are the best ear buds I ever had in my life . Even at low volume they sound great. The noise canceling is awesome however the battery life sucks they only last about 4 hours at mid volume

The solution I've been looking for.
I demand a lot of my audio hardware. I miss the easy interconnectivity of headphone jacks -- just plug it in, all done, no other concerns? -- but want the portability of a wireless connection; I want good ANC but can't stand most headphones because the clamping gives me a headache; I want the convenience of wireless but don't like the latency of Bluetooth. "Does anything exist which solves this problem?" Enter the JBL Tour Pro 3 -- and, more importantly, its case, which acts as a 2.4GHz transmitter. These earbuds can go EVERYWHERE. No matter what device I'm using, so long as it has either a USB-C port or a headphone jack, I can plug these into it and have functioning sound. The non-Bluetooth connectivity takes care of the lag. The ANC is not as good as those of the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, which I have been using in the past -- nothing has better ANC than those -- but the portability and reduced latency make up for it, not to mention the superior firmware that allows me to put the buds in their case for five minutes, take them out again, and -- gasp! -- have them still function. (I'm not sure what happened to Bose's Quality Control between the QC and the QC Ultra, but it went WILDLY downhill.) And the tiny screen, though unnecessary, is still cute!I'm sure that in a few months or a year I'll have discovered downsides to these devices. But, right now, as far as I am concerned, these are the perfect earbuds.

Great sound for music, but unusable for calls
The JBL Tour Pro 3 had a comfortable fit and impressive sound quality for music—no complaints there. But when it came to phone calls, they were basically unusable. Everyone I spoke to said I sounded muffled or couldn’t be heard at all, which made taking calls frustrating and impossible.Battery life didn’t feel as strong as the Tour Pro 2, either—they seemed to die faster. Plus, Bluetooth connectivity was hit or miss when using just one earbud (mono mode). I often had to open the case or reinsert both buds to get them to connect properly.Sadly, I had to return them. Great for listening to music, but if you rely on earbuds for phone calls, these aren’t it.

LDAC may cause obviously short battery usage
I hope this is the last. Day n update:- The world's easiest auto-reset ear-buds? Every-time it happens I need to forget and re-connect to all my devices. Annoying.- During the meeting, when people speak every sentence, a high-frequency sound I can't really describe keeping happening. Kind of slight "heee" sound, kind of annoying.Day 3 Update: I still like to turn on LDAC.Its ANC is indeed a bit strange at times. For example, when I was riding my scooter or walking near a construction area, I noticed some kind of high-frequency knocking sounds. Also, when I wear a raincoat or put up the hood of my hoodie, it keeps accidentally touching the earbuds—almost like it’s happening a thousand times!Day 2 Update:After: 1. Update firmware of earbuds and the case. 2. Use AAC (instead of LDAC) decoding. 3. Disable "Smart Talk". Now the battery of earbuds seems to last for 8 hours. What others I didn't expect:Its earbud tips are not as comfortable as those on the Jabra Active 7. When removing them from your ears, there is a sensation of suction, followed by a slight “pop” sound feeling to the ear. Sometimes, this causes the earbud to end up in the wrong orientation, and you have to adjust it by hand to put it back in the correct position. The sound isn't best but better than I expected. I think it's good enough and worth the price together with its other features. 3.5mm connector to Auracast to earbuds is a very important use case to me (and it works).Changing the picture of the case display is interesting after I found a personal and good picture.--- Day 1 review ---I bought these earbuds mainly for the advertised long battery life. However, on the first day of use, with a full 100% charge, they only lasted about 4 hours — far from the claimed 8 hours and not consistent with what other reviews suggested. Here’s what I experienced:1. The first time I took them out of the charging case, the battery dropped from 100% to 90% in less than ten minutes — before I even used them.2. When I connected them to my phone (an Android), I noticed they had already been paired with a device named "iPhone," which raises concern that they might be refurbished.

Great but disappointed
Looks great. Sounds is immersive. Music is good. Tech is good. No one can hear me on a phone call.
