Worked well to fix my son's rc car so we can have more fun with it.

The shocks are terrible. The piston is smaller than the outer bore of the shock. So you can can fill with oil but they really don't do anything to slow the movement down, just like having a spring only. Would not recommend buying these shocks as a replacement.

I initially thought these would work great. But after installing and running I found out no shock fluid was installed. After installing shock oil. The little O ring to seal the shock would push outward and leak oils. Later the piston shaft which screws into lower shock mount would work its way loose and I would lose the spring and the retaining spring plate. Out of 4 shocks only 1 left usable. Unfortunate but true.

I love the aluminum construction will not break as easy as plastic. Unfortunately shock oil leaks out due to bad O-ring seals.

Fine. They’re a little too long but they work ok.

Got here fast, broke in the first 5 mins.

Shocks need thicker oil,to soft on rebound and bottom out really easy.also could use better springs.

To everyone, shipping the shocks filled with oil creates problems if they leak in transit, so yeah its understandable they arent filled with oil, besides this is a hobby, and people want different things out of their shocks, by tuning with oil weight. I used these on another truck that came without oil filled shocks So I did not use them on the models listed The seem to work good for my application, and we bash pretty hard, and Ive not had any bent shock shafts yet. These however are average quality and grade shocks, for my application I would have preferred a bit heavier spring, but again it wasnt used on the listed models. Love the metal spring cups and metal rod ends, most shocks use plastic, its nice to have aluminum. Overall, if youre expecting pre filled shocks, you will be disappointed, and besides the aluminum parts these are the typical average throw away shock.

Pessimo articolo! Funziona solo come molla non ammortizza niente! L'auto continua ad oscillare, non viene smorzata l'oscillazione. In pratica è solo uno molla! Molto differente l'armottizzatore originale che purroppo ha arti in plastica, la cuffiache mi si è rotta.

Ça fait le taf mais pas bien longtemps. C est un poil plus résistant que les suspensions d’origine mais les 4 ont déjà cassé juste en roulant sur des chemins caillouteux… Ça m a dépanné mais je ne reprendrai pas car trop fragile.

Definitely better than the plastic ones. I recommend them.

I have used these on my MJX Hyper Go 16208 and they fit perfectly and price to be a valuable upgrade. They are well built and don't leak when oil is in them, which is always a bonus. They provide a nice amount of suspension travel and can be tuned by turning the adjuster. The price is reasonable and buying from Amazon saves you weeks of waiting for spares to arrive from China.
