Talk To Me In Korean Level 1 (Downloadable Audio Files Included)

I bought this after years of trying to learn Korean with other techniques (not successful) and the progress I have done since then has been incredible! It is so easy to understand each lesson and the exercises really help incorporate what was just learned. I am in Level 3 now and I cannot recommend this ENOUGH to learn the language super quickly!

Very pleased, good condition, quality, value and appearance

I'm on book two, almost book 3 of this series. And I have to say these books are really good at teaching and explaining concepts. The audio tracks are perfect for listening and pronunciation practice too. You will need to learn Hangul prior to these books, and you could either learn this online (plenty of guides on youtube) or TTMIK have another book for that.

I’m a bit disappointed because it didn’t have the alphabet or the explanation for it which u would expect since it’s a beginners level 1 book but .. it’s good, if u have already a sense of the language alphabet

This is by far the best book series to learn Korean. It’s plain and straightforward, you need to know English grammar (something I was never taught in school) but now as I continue to learn Korean I’m studying up on English grammar too. So double bonus for me. But I’ve tried several other Korean language books, this one rocks! Gamsahamnida (talk to me in Korean)

I used to be the kind of person who’d use services like duolingo to learn languages, but I noticed I wasn’t really getting anywhere with those. Primarily because I was arbitrarily learning random words at the beginner stages rather than learning practical fundamentals and grammar. This book however, is much more useful! You’ll learn basic phrases like hello, yes and no, thank you, and so much more (i’ve only scratched the first two chapters) and some grammar. The lessons are very memorable, so phrases and concepts tend to stick and there’s also some small exercises there to help you learn. There’s also free audio tracks that you can access by scanning a QR code which go with each chapter. Very useful book! My only complaint is I feel it should be slightly longer for the price.

This book is good as underneath the word it tells you on how to pronounce the word. Which helps me allot. Overall the book is very helpful and will help me to learn korean

Es werden die Grundphrasen und Grammatik erklärt, wie und ich welche Situationen man die benutzt. Kenntnisse vom Hangeul sind vom Vorteil aber die Phrasen werden auch in Romaji als kleine Hilfe geschrieben. Die Erklärungen sind auf Englisch, was für mich kein Problem ist. Die Lektionen sind kurz gehalten und nach jeder Lektion folgt eine Wiederholung und Test.
