I've had the same plastic spatulas for year. With all the micro-plastic talks, I was taking another look at them, saw how worn they looked. There was pieces of plastic just hanging on by a thread. When I flip my eggs over, I can see parts of it getting stuck to the spatula, and I thought...hmmm...maybe it is time for a replacement. I did a search for metal spatulas, and saw these. I was a bit worried they may be a bit too long making it hard to use, but it wasn't that bad. It easily picked up my eggs and I was able to flip them over without any sticking. The only thing I miss, is the extra flexibility that plastic spatulas give you - almost to where you can use it as a flexible crowbar. These have a bit of flexibility, but not bend into a U flexibility. With that said, how often am I cooking with a U shaped spatula? Then the other thing I really liked about these, is how easy they are to clean. I mean, I recall trying to scrape all the extra bits stuck to the worn plastic spatula, which I would then have to run through the dishwasher a couple times to get it looking at least decent. These were simple to handwash and even easier to dishwash. Overall, a very good set. No complaints and happy I have one less micro-plastic source.

Both spatulas are very high quality stainless steel. They're not flimsy at all and to get 2 of them for such a good price is phenomenal!!!

Very sturdy and look premium. The metal is thick. They don't bend or rust and are easy to clean.
