That good good for your body, inside & out!
I’ve been taking this for a few months now and definitely notice differences in my energy. I even see a diffence in my hair and skin. Can’t wait to see what else on my next doctor’s visit!!! Also, a great value considering how pricey fish oil and CoQ10 can be on their own.

Supplements I need
This softgel combines Omega 3, CoQ10, Vitamin E in one capsule. I like only taking 1capsule per day and even though it is a little bigger, it is easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. I like the two month supply included with this. The black is natural and it protects the purity of the ingredients.

Omega 3, CoQ10 and Vitamin E supplement. Claims to support heart, body and mind. The bottle contained 60 softgels and recommended taking one softgel per day giving you a 60 day supply. The product information indicated it was made with clean ingredients, and are soy, gluten, dairy and salt free. As well as being made in a GMP facility. I found these easy to take and swallow and free from aftertaste and other effects.

How can you tell?
I can think of no effective way to tell if this food supplement is providing any benefit. I guess that's why food supplements are a billion dollar industry. First, the appearance of these capsules is repulsive. They look like stale licorice jelly beans. Not appetizing if you get my meaning. Who wants to put something that ugly in their mouth? Secondly, fish oil gives me after-burps that would gag a maggot. I thought that these capsules were flax seed oil, or I would not have chosen them. These might be great for someone, however, I sadly must recuse myself from taking them. I hate the taste of cod liver oil!! Three stars for those who care.

Nice...but a bit large in size...
I like the components of these High Level Science Omega 3 capsules. These capsules are a bit on the large side for me though. I for one have to single them out and swallow by itself. That said, I experience no aftertaste with these.
