Decided that when I looked up necessary amino acids after I bought this that I was already getting them from the food I normally eat. So I would suggest you check your diet first and look at reliable websites for information like Mayo Clinic. There are a lot of amino acids that have no real proof that you need to suppliment your diet.They might be helpful if you don’t have a good balanced diet.
