But curiosity won.First impression: the bottle arrived shrink-wrapped like Fort Knox (bless them for no leaks). The shampoo itself? Thick, creamy, and has a nice clean scent—like “I care about my hair” without being “I rolled in a flower bed.”Moment of truth: lathering up, it felt rich and smooth, not the usual squeaky, stripped feeling I’ve had with other shampoos. Rinsing out—no purple, no black dye, no tears. I was shocked that even before conditioner, my hair felt soft, not straw-like. Once I air-dried, my hair was shiny, smooth, and tangle-free. I could run a brush or my hands straight through without a fight.The biggest bonus? My routine survived intact. I still wash only once every 5–7 days, and my hair stays frizz-free and healthy. And since you only need a dime-sized (2–3mL) amount, the 350mL bottle should last me around 175 washes—aka almost three years. That makes each wash about 16 cents. Honestly, I’ve spent more on coffee that didn’t bring me half the joy.So if you’re on the fence about whether this shampoo will play nice with color-treated hair, I can say it passed the test with flying (non-fading) colors. This shampoo is amazing! The scent is great and lingers and leaves my hair smelling so incredibly great! Directions are what you’d expect and easy to follow. This also makes my hair feel and look so good! It works great! The price for these amount you get is also great considering how well it works! I’m usually cheap with my hair stuff but for this..I’ll pay the $28 they were asking for at time of purchase over and over again!

Silky smooth feeling shampoo. Smells light and refreshing.The ingredients are heavy in the lauryl and laureth sulfates, which give the lathery scrubbing that is so common with shampoos and body wash. The difference appears to be that it is amonium sulfates as oppose to sodium sulfates. Evidently the sodium version is rougher on our hair and skin, whereas the amonium is softer. So the ingredients appear to be combined well for mild cleansing (hence better on color).There are various views on whether to use sulfate products on our skin. I tend to lean away from sulfates where possible, especially when the product is going to be used frequently.

This shampoo smells good, lathers up nicely and feels nice going on. Massaging it into my scalp feels luxurious and it also rinses out without leaving any residue or lingering fragrance. What it does leave behind is measurably softer, shinier, healthier looking hair, and my scalp feeling noticeably more nourished and moisturized. I believe the addition of keratin makes a great difference to this shampoo, I've gotten great results with biotin-infused hair care products and I now know keratin makes a good addition too.

The lather is so luxurious and rich, making it a joy to massage into my scalp—I honestly didn't want to rinse it out! I did not feel comfortable taking a video to show the lather. But trust me, buy this and try it and you will understand.The floral scent is just divine; it fills my bathroom with a pleasant aroma that makes my hair-washing routine feel like a spa experience.What truly sets this shampoo apart is how incredibly soft it leaves my hair. I have color-treated hair, and it's often a challenge to find a shampoo that cleanses without stripping the color or leaving my hair feeling dry and brittle. This shampoo does none of that! My hair feels hydrated, smooth, and incredibly manageable. It's like I've rediscovered my hair all over again!A little goes a long way with this product. I initially used a dime-sized amount, and it was more than enough to create a generous lather. I know this bottle will last me ages, making it an excellent value. I'm so impressed with the results that I'm already planning to purchase the conditioner as well. If you want to fall in love with your hair again, this shampoo is not thick it lives up to the name silk the ingredients are natural and you can feel the difference between natural ingredients and not so natural. My old shampoo wasn't natural ingredients and I can feel the difference.
