The powder form seems to work as promised and build immunity! I took this for months and never got sick like I usually do during cold seasons. My allergies were even less severe than they normally are. I decided to switch to a capsule form because the power is just such a mess to scoop out of the bag. It gets all over your hands when it gets closer to the bottom of the bag. I got so sick within 3 weeks of switching and it lasted for weeks! I switched back recently. I’d rather deal with the powdery mess than get that sick again! That’s the reason for 4-stars. It dissolves well in my morning coffee, no taste, doesn’t cause any GI discomfort or weird side effects for me like other reviews I’ve seen.

I’ve been drinking mushroom coffee and I love it. I thought I’d try just the powder so I had more choices, decaf mushroom coffee in the afternoon and mushroom chai lates. YUM. I always use a whip stick and this powder mixes really good. No complaints, no issues. And a great price or organic powder. It’s been added to my subscriptions.

Not bad but I don’t believe it is made in the USA which is important to me..

Mushroom powder brings depth to the meal. Plus you will save money and time, not having to prepare fresh mushrooms and keep in bags in the fridge. I use a regular teaspoon to measure this per meal.
