I'm very upset has I purchased this Cross for my son less than 4 weeks ago and the black insert as just broken off.the reason I bought this one is because I purchased this one for myself a few years ago and I wanted him to have an identical cross..this company will not allow me to return for a replacement or refund.im disgusted.
