Oh my goodness, how much time was I previously waisting mixing my resin by hand, this is super easy to use and so quick to mix the resin and puts in far less bubbles than I did, I can't believe how much time it saves me, I now used the time to get out my moulds or choose the colours I want to add. Some reviews say it's difficult to clean, I personally have found it really easy to clean, I lay the mixer on the included mat ( Lego brick type of mat) I wipe the blades off with an alcohol wipe and it's done and then do the same with the tub and leave the mat until the following day and once it's hardened I just pull it off, done. It has a good speed and is on for 40 seconds at each push of the button so you can't press it twice and walk away for 80 seconds it just does 40 then when it's stopped you press again for another 40 seconds and so on, depending on how much resin I've poured depends on how many times I push it. It's quiet and a really good quality machine, if in doubt I'd say get it, I only resin for myself and for gifting but it's so handy especially if you suffer with issues with your wrists or hands or even your back as I do, it really is a game changer. It's easy to charge up. Easy to remove. The thickness of the mixing pot is good and it's flexible which surprised me for some reason but it really is worth the cost. Definitely recommend

When getting into resin, one of the hardest parts is getting an even mix, this takes the worry out of it and produces a nice even mix and it’s really easy to use, just measure your resin out and press a button and leave it for 40 seconds making it so much quicker than mixing it by hand. Only downside is the amount of resin left in the container, but you can use that to make patterns in other resin items once’s it’s dried a little. Also comes with a cool little tool to help get the dried resin off the container, the blade and any other containers you might use. Oh and the little matt that comes with it creates a nice textured resin to go inside coasters etc

I bought this to replace an Istoyo mixer that was struggling mixing larger amounts of resin. This one charges quickly from a USB A to aUSB C lead. The supplied lead is a bit short for me but fortunately I had a longer one to use. The jug on this mixer has a one litre capacity and is made of soft Silicone material, but don’t fill it pass the 800 ml mark as the top when fitted takes up at least 100 ml and you end up with resin overflowing down the sides of the cup if you fill it any higher. It’s one button operation is easy to operate and the timer is set to mix the resin properly. The mixing blade is robust and large and mixes right to the sides and bottom of the cup without creating a lot of bubbles, and a one cycle of the unit appears to be all is needed for a good mix. Ensure you have a tight grip on the mixer when mixing larger volumes of resin or the whole mixer starts moving round the counter top. Cleaning it is dreadful. First time I tried it I left the resin traces in the cup and on the blade to dry. The day after when it was dry I tried to flex the cup expecting the hard resin to come off easily. Instead it just broke into a crazed pattern and I had to pick it off the cup and couldn’t get it all off the blade. On the next use I tried cleaning it with rubbing alcohol which wouldn’t remove it all so I had to soak a cloth in acetone to get it clean. There are very small grooves near the bottom of the centre spindle. Resin gets stuck in here and a small sharp blade is needed to get it out when dried. So the mixer is good if you don’t mind having a selection of chemicals to clean it but whatever method you use it seems to be harder than it should be

I bought the original version of this a year ago and have subsequently stopped using it as the paddle had so many prongs on it that it was not only difficult to clean but I got messy attempting to do so. 3 mins manual stirring was a much better use of my time. Then I saw this upgraded version and looked to see if I could buy just the new paddle but couldn’t find it. So, I bit the bullet and bought another complete unit and WOW – Let’s Resin have really pulled out all the stops. Firstly it has a silicone pot which is so easy to clean as you just leave the residue to cure and then peel it off. I already use their silicone measuring pots they are brill. Even the motor housing is silicone so again if you have any unfortunate spills they will peel off when cured. This upgraded version comes with its own little bubble style silicone mat to leave the paddle on whilst it cures. Again I use this style of mat when working on my projects due to the ease of cleaning/peeling. It also comes with a little stick to help lift the cured resin. And finally having been blown away with this upgrade the unit cost £5 cheaper than the earlier version. Buy one of these you will not regret it. I am a very happy resin lady!

This creates an insane amount of bubbles in resin (I used Let's Resin branded resin), and heats it to a point where you're against the clock to get it poured, so any additives will need to be rushed. If that reason alone isn't enough to avoid purchasing this, it's also impossible to clean. It comes with a small resin-collector mat, and you are to put the lid (which has the paddle attached) onto it, so that the resin can cure, and apparently, you can pull the cured resin off. This is nowhere near what actually happens. Even the silicone cup isn't easy to just pull the resin off. I own lots of silicone cups (some are very low cost), and they all work great for easy cleaning of cured resin. Good luck removing the cured resin from the paddle. Aside from that, the paddle doesn't reach the sides of the cup, and as any resiner knows, it's important to mix ALL of the resin. Thankfully, Amazon has a superb returns process, and I made full use of it on this occasion.

Good capacity , short charge time, stirrer cleans easily . Good for anyone who struggles to stir for a long time . Very time saving .

I’ve only just started resin making so this tool is great. My only draw back is that it only spins for a minute at a time. It would be better if you have more time options. It’s all very easy to clean though and the mat was definitely a handy tool to have with it.

I was resistant to shelling out the money for this and instead was hand mixing my resin but this is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. Not only does my shoulder no longer hurt from mixing, the advantage to this is that it mixes a large volume (although please note in the instructions it does say not to do a full 32 oz.), the lid is rechargable so youre not limited to being close to an outlet and the mixing vessel also acts like your pouring vessel. It is durable and a great value for the money. Easy to use and not so big that it's in the way.
