Mixes well
Really tasty, mixes smoothly with just water, and does keep you fairly full for the morning. Have used a few diet shakes and this is the best (much better than huel)

Good all round meal replacement with added green tea, coffee and Yerba Mate plus fibre. Keeps you going and feeling full till lunchtime. The flavour is ok, I tried the Chocolate Silk, you need to mix it well.

I like the brand. The taste is okay, Amazon didn't have my fav one but I mix shakes with fruits or peanut butter, anyway. Won't be buying again because they have better flavours but this one is good for someone who likes sweets.

Need to shift the lockdown pounds! Bought this, and two different flavours of meal replacement from same range. Chose because the reviews rave about their flavours, and god knows I need all the help I can get if I am going to stick to this! Opened bag and smells gorgeous! Okay, did lick my finger and try a bit! Scrummy. Thought I'd need to add some milk, but tried without and drank the lot! Can't wait to try the other flavours! Nothing like the nasty synthetic taste of meal replacements I have tried before!
