Bad cells on arrival means the battery life is low and vacuum shuts off mid run, because it doesn't think it is low and then suddenly has no power left, so it can't even go back to the dock to recharge. I gave up on the battery after it did that 3 scheduled cleanings in a row, leaving it worthless to me.

I got this battery pack, not to replace a weak battery pack in a vacuum robot, but to power my fish finders for ice fishing. Yeah, I know, that’s not what it’s designed for, but after replacing the connector the battery doesn’t know what it is powering, or even care. All lithium ion batteries lose capacity when they get really cold and it is cold out on the ice, so I have to have plenty of spares on hand. This pack looks to be well-assembled inside the plastic housing which actually works out better for me since that housing provides some extra protection for this pack when used like I’m using it. It took a while for it to reach full charge but it seems to be holding up well. I am unable to measure the actual capacity – the reported capacity for packs like this seems to be ever-increasing, likely due to the increase in quality of the individual cells – but I am happy with it for the limited time I’ve had it. I’ll provide an update after the upcoming ice fishing season if one is merited. The price at the time of my original purchase was only $15 – a truly incredible price for a battery pack of this capacity and apparent quality. So much so that I picked up another at that price. However, since that time, the price has increased to $33 at the time of this review, which is still a pretty good price for this pack.

I bought this battery to replace the original battery in our Roborock S7 Max V which was unable to vacuum and mop our 2200 square foot home on a single 100% charge. After the balance of the charge reached around 65-70% (and 75% of the house was done), the remainder of the charge dropped off very rapidly in just a few very short minutes with 20% of the house still undone. Unfortunately, this battery performed no better which probably means the stated capacity of the Roborock unit itself is exaggerated as both batteries have performed in the same disappointing manner. So, buyers of this model vacuum unit need to downgrade their expectations accordingly. Otherwise, this battery fit perfectly into the space allotted.
