Product is quite good for the price. Also unit is very compact. Once the handle bar is fixed there doesn't seem to be an option to fold it. So moving it around us not really possible easily. I am 5'3" so the length of the board/deck is good enough for normal walking speed. It may be short for someone taller especially in brisk/fast walking mode. I am overweight so I cannot walk faster than 4 kmph at the moment so it works out fine. Machine build is quite stable and the running deck also feels sturdy. I am using the machine flat now not inclined. The only hitch I have is that the colour shown in the image and what arrived was totally different but it's ok I guess. The handle bar is a garish golden while the unit is a blue plastic body. But the unit is kept away from the main house traffic so it doesn't matter much. Noise levels are ok. The motor is very quiet but the walking mat on the deck does make a noise. The unit is placed directly on concrete floor (no tiles). I am going to use a carpet under if required to dampen the noise. Overall it is a good buy and something that fits my budget and space for my immediate requirement.

I’ve been using this treadmill for the last month, and as a working professional, it has honestly helped me stay much more active during long work sessions. It keeps my blood flow moving and also helps me complete my daily step goals alongside my regular gym routine. What I really like about this treadmill compared to many other brands is the 7% incline feature. It makes walking more effective and definitely helps increase the intensity of workouts. The overall build quality and experience have been very good so far. It feels sturdy, smooth, and reliable for daily use. The only thing I didn’t like is the calorie tracking. The calorie estimation is very inaccurate. For example, even after walking for a long time, the calories shown don’t feel realistic at all. But honestly, this isn’t a dealbreaker for me because I use my smartwatch/phone for accurate tracking anyway. I personally focus more on completing my daily walking goal (around 2 hours every day) rather than obsessing over calories or distance. Overall, if you want a good treadmill for staying active, improving movement during work hours, and daily walking, this is a solid choice.

A very excellent product and very easy to setup as well. Also portable so you can just move it for storage and then take it our for workout.

Do not buy any treadmill from the Cockatoo brand. After just 6 months of usage, I encountered an E03 error. I raised a complaint (Ticket ID: 1531) via email and received the contact number of their service person. I shared all the required details, including a video they requested. They informed me that there was an issue with the motor and PCB and asked me to send the parts to Punjab for repair. I live in Mumbai, and instead of sending a technician, they sent me a video explaining how to dismantle the motor and PCB myself. With no other option, I had to dismantle the machine and courier the parts to Punjab through Delhivery. After 6 days, Delhivery confirmed the parcel was delivered. However, when I contacted the Cockatoo Punjab team, they claimed they hadn’t received it. I then raised a complaint with Delhivery, and they provided proof of delivery, including a signed and stamped invoice from Cockatoo. Even after sharing this proof, the Cockatoo team said they didn’t know where the parcel was in their premises, as they receive many shipments. This alone cost me 1 week. After repeated follow-ups, they eventually repaired the parts and dispatched them back to me after about 2 weeks. Once I received the parcel, they arranged a technician to reinstall it and get the treadmill running. Unfortunately, after just 3 days, the same E03 error appeared again, meaning the issue was not resolved. I raised another complaint (Ticket ID: 1876), provided all requested videos and invoices, but it has now been 8 days with no response from their team. I ended up wasting ₹25,000 on this treadmill. I strongly recommend that people, especially those living in and around Mumbai, go for a Powermax treadmill instead.

I am glad that I have purchased a good treadmill after exploring many other brands in the market. I am using it for past few weeks and I am satisfied with the performance. Delivery experience: Good Installation:Simple installation Follow-up service : Very Good Product quality : Good as of today. Recommendation: 1) Try to widen the running track by 6" more to get better balance while running on the treadmill. 2) Update your instruction manual to install display panel before installing bottom bolts.
