I’m very happy with this CarPlay screen. Setup was straightforward, and wireless Apple CarPlay connected to my phone quickly and has been reliable. The 10-inch screen is bright, clear, and responsive, which makes using maps, music, and calls much easier while driving. I especially like that it adds a lot of features without having to replace anything. It is a simple plug and play. The built-in dash cam is a great addition, and the backup camera should be useful as well but haven't installed that yet. Having the 64GB memory card included was also a nice touch. Overall, this is a very convenient way to add wireless CarPlay, a larger display, and cameras to an older vehicle without a complicated installation. For the price and the number of features included, I’m very satisfied with it.

My 2017 Sonata actually came with CarPlay, but the factory system was slow and laggy — took forever to load and made using it kind of frustrating. Swapped it out for this IIWEY iK7 and it's been a night and day difference. Installation was quick and straightforward — had it mounted and running in no time. The 10" screen looks great, colors are sharp and easy to read even in daylight. Wireless Apple CarPlay connects fast and hasn't given me any trouble since. Responsiveness is the biggest upgrade honestly — no lag when swiping or switching between apps, which is exactly what I was trying to fix from the factory system. Touch controls feel smooth and accurate. Overall a great upgrade even if your car technically already has CarPlay — if the factory version is sluggish, this fixes that completely. Would recommend.

this has turned my 2015 Audi into a new car. so easy to set up, I did not even look at the instructions. plugged the power in and it connected to my apple phone without me doing anything. I like the shape low but wide which does not obstruct the view out of the windshield . very clear screen I tell Siri commands and it does it flawlessly. I did read the manual to find an automatic day/night setting, it does not have that feature unfortunately. that would make this device perfect. I am able to change the brightness manually however. I do have Audi maps in my car but it is not updated like Apple Maps but now I just get into my car, press start and it starts up, I tell Siri were I want to go and the directions are there just like apple car play in newer cars. it turns off when I turn the car off and vice a versa . I would recommend this product.

Overall, it’s a great upgrade for the price and I’m very happy with it.

For the most part it's a pretty decent device. It definitely performs very well when used for Apple CarPlay. The dash cam setting is also a very nice. Touch and is also very useful. I've only had it installed for a few hours so far. Issues: An issue that I have run into is, it seems to have a time zone set that cannot be changed so it continuously changes my time to a different time and I have to change the time back. This is continuous, as I said before I have only had this device a few hours and I have already had to fix the time even while writing this review three times because the time keeps changing to an hour ahead. There does not appear to be any settings to set region settings or set a time zone, you can only set the date and the time and the time format of 12 or 24 hours. I do not have any of these issues in my other car with Apple CarPlay. AirPlay: The screen mirroring feature is quite useless for any apps that are ‘landscape only’ such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. My main purpose for this device is simply for the Apple CarPlay feature, the other additional features are just bonuses. For me in particular, as long as Apple CarPlay works I don't really have much to complain about. The other features are just extra things to me, with that being said they have all been very beneficial and useful. Resolution: The screen resolution is decent, it’s not HD by any stretch and the swiping is not very responsive, but it does the job more than capably. If you like your devices to be seamless and not have any jittering, when you try to swipe, then you might have some issues with this device. I know that sounds like it is quite significant, but to me it functions much like any android phone. So if you’re used to the performance of an android phone, then this device will be right at home for you. For the price, this is more, much more than worth it! Speed: The device starts up rather quickly and Apple CarPlay connects automatically. Additional feature: It does have speakers installed on the device but I have no idea why you would need those or when you would ever use them. Also regarding the speakers, there is a very annoying very high-pitched beep sound that comes default, you will need to disable that sound. Sound quality: I have this installed on my Lexus GX 460. Don't worry your Mark Levinson system is fine and this functions utilizing the OEM Bluetooth for sound. So, you can still listen to your music and audiobooks and other things with full OEM sound quality. Connectivity: Connectivity is also something that caused some form of issue. When I tried to connect to the Airplay option, at first everything connected except for when I tried to connect for airplay. I had to reboot my phone and the device in order for that feature to work. This may not be the case for you, but it was for me and it is something that you can use as a troubleshooting step if you run into the same issue. Dashcam: The dash cam for the front and the rear are both decent, they are not a dash cam I would recommend if you are utilizing it for getting license plate information off of the vehicles because the cameras are decent but they're not good enough to capture license plates at a distance in front of you. Side note: This assessment is based on what it looks like on the screen so the file may play on another device with more clarity. Brightness: Brightness is nothing to even speak of, it’s plenty bright during the day and almost too bright at night! I have to turn the brightness all the way down at night and use dark mode for everything. Oddities: Something else of note, this appears to be written on Linux, so you will see some things that still appear to be still in python form. So instead of seeing on or off you will see open and close. Open, obviously meaning “ON” and Close obviously meaning “OFF”. Overall: It’s $100 for something that performs this well and as long as it lasts at least a few years, it will have paid for itself in no time at all! Should you buy it? YES! You will not regret it if you have read through my review completely and understand what to expect.

Set this up recently and was skeptical, but honestly it's been great. Here are some of the pros: 1. Installation was quick and easy in terms of mounting and setting up connections. 2. It synced easily with my multiple devices, especially wirelessly. 3. Screen is great and responsiveness is nice. 4. Video quality is great. Cons: 1. Kind of bulky, but it's to be expected.

Super happy with this portable CarPlay! Setup took just a couple of minutes and it connected to my iPhone right away. The screen is bright and easy to see, and the touch response is smooth. Good solution if not wanting to takeapart the dash. Connects easily to all devises like existing car stereo an cell phone. Quality picture as well as backup camera being easy to set up. Hard wired into the car and works great.

I love this device , even bought one for my boyfriend and we are super happy! Definitely will have this for any future vehicle for myself and my kids. Screen is very clear, very easy to install, the device is very securely stuck to the window. I was even able to have my music play louder in my car than before, the sound is clear and crisp! I have drive over speedbumps multiple times a day annd have no issues with the holder coming loose. I would definitely recommend buying this for you car!
