This works well on my very bad neck. Just know that you need to hold down the power button to get it to turn on. (Pressing it does nothing. Hold it down for a couple of seconds)

Very disappointed. The first week it worked well. But now it doesn’t stay on. It dies in 30 seconds. Super annoying to spend this kind of money and have something only work a few days. Wish I could get my money back

DO NOT BUY. Everything was great! I bought it as a Christmas gift. It was used for 2 weeks and now won't charge 😭

This is the easiest to use best massager i have ever used. I've told everyone to get this. Works great on my legs when they hurt or cramping.

Ok soooo I saw a VERRRY SIMILAR ON UTUBE & jummmped to AMAZON & darned IF IT WASNT HEREEE!!!lol they SPECIFICALLY SAY “ u WONT FIND ON AMAZON”😱 lol!!!😂 is it a gimmick. Well here I am the happy 😊 owner that can’t b duplicated!!!?sooo I pulled out of box FIRST NOOOO BAG OR COVER JUST THE BOX!!! 📦 disappointing!!! Then u have USB & doesn’t LAST LONG ENUF it cuts of within like 10-15 minutes and I felt that “ the FINGER LLENGTH ATTACHMENTS “ COULD HAVE BEEN MADE WIDER BECAUSE ALL OF OUR NECK LENGTHS & WIDTHS ARE NOOOOT THE SAME GUYS RIIIIGHT???!!?😱🥹😢 but it ALSO CAN DO LEGS IIIFFFF THIN & arms also buuut this company with minor tweaks & a SACK/ COVER WOULD ALL B A WINNER 🥇

This product was not good, very poor and on top of that I sent my order back for a refund and it's been almost a month and they have not given me my refund. Is still delayed? For What? You got your product give me my money, what's the delay? I will never buy from this company again very inconsiderate you don't wait on the money when we purchased it, Right? So why make the consumer wait. Very bad business ethics.

Alot of reviews complained about the battery so I charged it immediately after opening. It was worth the wait, and as long as it keeps functioning like this, I will repurchase as gifts to other people. I am happy with the purchase so far. Pray for the battery haha

So, the #1 question most people have...yes it works just like you see online. And feels really good. That's the only reason I gave it 3 stars. Unfortunately it feels very cheap. #2 after just 1 use mine started to make a squeaking noise, and the motors sound like they are struggling. So I don't expect it to last very long at all. #3 as with most items made in Asia, everything is small. If you are a larger person like myself everything about this is going to feel small. The straps it comes with will not fit around me. I'm a 2XL shirt size. #4 in addition to feeling small you really can't use it unless you are standing/sitting with nothing against your back. Its so bulky that you can't "relax" while using it. And because I can't use the straps, it won't stay in place. so I'm constantly adjusting and moving it over and over and over. In general, if you need an occasional neck massage this would probably be ok for you. but if you are planning to use this on a regular basis... I wouldn't bother.
