Multiple watch faces are also available on the watch.The watch menu includes biometrics to monitor your health when exercising; including heart rate, blood oxygen and blood pressure. It also monitors your sleep cycle. The menu includes a flash light, stop watch, alarm clock and a calculator. The lower right hand button is assignable to the accessory of your choosing.When paired with your smart phone, the watch rings and you can answer the call on the watch.The Tank T3 Ultra smart watch is a great value and highly recommended. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My Apple smart watch is officially retired.

I've been trying to find the perfect watch for my needs for several years now, and after trying a couple of the more expensive ones (in the $400 - $600 range) I decided to check out a few of the watches that claim good results at lower cost. Most of the watches I tried actually were quite good, but each lacked something I wanted. This one, the Kospet T3 Ultra, has everything I need and more. Obviously it keeps accurate time--what watch doesn't these days? But all of its other features are extremely accurate. For example, the altimeter shows an elevation for my house within 1 ft of the geological survey map for my area. Its ability to continuously track my pulse, oxygen level, and stress are phenomenal. Sleep tracking is excellent. I hope the blood pressure readings are good because I have to say my cuff does report a somewhat higher level--but within reason. The battery is lasting about 3 weeks (!), but I do have to admit that I don't use some of the more battery-intense features of the watch such as phone connectivity.I had a couple of issues that caused me to contact customer service--the response and response time was excellent.For now, my search for the perfect "smart watch" is over. But I will certainly consider any new offerings this company comes up with.Update: I decided to try the phone/text connectivity facilities of the watch, and they work very well. As I mentioned in my original review, based on other watch experience, I was hesitant because of the battery drain. But after ten days of using the phone/text connectivity, the battery is still at 75%, so adding that functionality has cost very little in battery drain. I'm even happier with the watch now than I was when I wrote the original review.

The Tank T3 is an excellent watch; even the engraving on the back of the case says "T3." Who reads the back of the case, anyway? It isn't easy. Anyway, the Tank T3 does justice to all of the monitor functions that I use. I bought a Tank T1 some time ago, but the display was too small for my senior citizen eyes; the Tank T3 has a larger display that solves this problem nicely. Nylon and silicon watchbands sometimes irritate my wrist, so the steel band option was a very important feature to me. The Kospet Fit app works well on my Android. My only disappointment is in the firmware. The step counter apparently has a step threshhold that makes it ignore a substantial fraction of my steps. It's a little thing, because it only ignores small numbers of steps at a time, but it still bugs me a little. My final judgment is that the watch is a little more expensive than the bottom level choices, but it has performance consistent with the Fitbit Sense 2 I am replacing. I believe it's well worth the price.

The right size for me. Easy to read. Easy interface with portable device. Would highly recommend this watch.

This watch didn't accurately record my steps. It also completely stopped recording steps for a few hours, then started again. Also, it requires that you swing your arms for the step counter to work. This is unlike Fitbits or Apple watches which have 3d accelerators, allowing them to count steps is situations such as walking on a tread mill while holding onto the hand grips (no arm swing). Nice design and look, but if that unrealiable not worth having.

All in all good product for the price. The blue tooth is a bit off and the band is already stating to show wear. it also needs to be sync daily or it will loose the data. The battery life is great.

I am very happy with my watch , does everything that I need. Loses Bluetooth a little offensive, but not hard to reset. I purchased a newer model , what is the matter with getting it delivered , it's been quite a while
