Patches.
I found mild relief using this product, but only used for two days, so hopefully with longer use this will improve. I think I would appreciate more written information.

Really like these patches - they stick well and stay on all night and I feel they aid sleep They can be pricey so look out for offers You get a good amount of patches in a pack and I would recommend

A mistake or deliberate fraud ?
This product is not making sense to me The packet states that each patch contains about 800 mg of magnesium complex, ( 350mg magnesiumm glycinate, 250mg magnesium Citrate, 100mg magnesium malate, 100mg magnesium Oxide) and this is confirmed by the stated totals of the 60 patches. Thats absolutely immpossible as each patch unused weights only 100mg (1/10th g) after 10 hours a test showed that only 15 mg was absorbed by the skin in 12 hours. So there must be only about 15 to 20 mg of magnesium compound and about 5 mg of elemental magnesium. This product I conclude is the result of a serious mistake or deliberate fraud

Relief at last
I've been using these for 2 nights, so early, I have to say, the last two nights I've had 8hrs for the first time.

Blood test show less Magnesium in the body, even after using these patches, very disappointed.
I have been using these patches for a few months, I recently recommend them to my sister who is suffering from cancer, and she was told Magnesium would be helpful to take. After she used them for a few weeks, she went to the hospital for her blood tests to check ready for her Chemo session. The month before the test showed she was 1.0 low magnesium after using the patches the test came back 0.5 magnesium so even less magnesium with the patches. Would be nice to have someone explain, why this is to me. Are we all just throwing good money on these products, and they are just sticky patches, giving us nothing of value for the £16.99 . I do hope there is a reason for the blood results and this poor product result, as I am embarrassed and sad that this company is not selling a 100% what is written on here. I have phoned, before writing this, but no one to speak too.
