My new rod wrapping tool.
Not the intended purpose yet works very well for attaching guides to rod blanks to be thread wrapped.Pinch the elastic between your thumb or finger on top of the guide foot, wrap tightly feeding around your digit, loop over thumb or finger a few times and let the loop catch a last pass directed under the edge of your finger or thumb.There's a video doing the same with rubber bands. A simple over-hand knot can be doubled up as well.

Super flexible and works well! I was testing to see if I could use it on a small bjd doll but it doesn’t work but I used it to weave in beads and it worked beautifully!
