A very mild tea. I've read that drinking a cup of this brewed tea an hour before going to bed, helps you to sleep and helps with cortisol levels. I'm not normally a hot tea drinker but thought this might be worth a try. Price was reasonable for a large amount of loose leaf tea. Shipping was quick.

Calming, Delicious Evening Tea 🌿
I absolutely love this organic lemon balm tea. It has a very pleasant, fresh taste and such a soothing, comforting aroma. I usually drink it before bed, especially when I feel anxious or have trouble falling asleep, and it really helps me relax and unwind. I will definitely repurchase once I run out.

Lemon balm is one of my favorite herbs
