Review: Latancy, and lower ping than my TP Link wifi 6E. - It works great. I can get it to 9000Mbps connection. But for my S22 Plus which is only Wifi 6, It connects at 1201 down and up. The ping is lower than my old TP-Link Wifi 6E card. I am happy with this purchase. I took out the hold wifi, Put in the new one, I did unplug the power to the PC and push the tower power button tons of them, before plugging everything back in and it on. I was able to installed the WIfi and the Blue tooth drivers without any issues. I am using 5800X, x570e, 64GB RAM, RTX 4090, WIndows 11 latest version 24H something. I dont see any pocket lost in fortnite any more. My TP-Link wifi 6E, I get a lot of pocket lost. Highly recommend this MSI wifi 7 Max.
Review: Inconsistent Linux Laptop Support (Minor tinkering required) - UPDATE: It seems that it has issues, even with the ath12k driver. Random issues with not connecting to WiFi plague it, at least on Fedora KDE Linux laptop user here, throwing the keywords in so anyone looking for what I was can have a bit of ease. The whole unit is a carrier for an M.2 NIC that I believe is 2230 size, whatever the normal size for laptop NICs are at least. It worked out of the box with a few kinks, such as recovery from sleep state, but once I installed the ath12k driver, it works flawlessly so far. I'll update this review if that ever changes. Wi-Fi speeds nearly tripled, bluetooth works out of the box, and MLO networks connect but I don't believe the actual multi-link operation itself is working. It'll choose from the available Wi-Fi bands when I connect to my home's MLO network.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flawless with AMD systems!
*by A***N on June 11, 2026*

Works perfectly with my AMD X570 based system (note, Intel based NICs will often not work with AMD systems, so pay attention to this!) Super fast connectivity, easy install, nice quality item. Highly recommended for AMD systems seeking the latest in Wifi connectivity standards
