Good value
Pretty nifty. Let's air pass through properly to keep you cool on hot days. I think you could also take armor out and use it as an under garment beneath a normal riding jacket during winter. Have worn it several times. Fit is solid and armor isn't bulky..can barely tell you have armor in it. Wish it was about 10% thicker material (prevent road rash better) but can't be too disappointed.

Excellent Value and good protection.
Use - Mountain Biking, 50% tech = big rocks & 50% flow = big jumps Duration Owned - 1.5 years = 1.5 riding seasons, I do not ride in winter. Reason I purchased: - Value for dollar this provided the most coverage - I wanted flexible armor - I wanted something breathable as I'm using this for MTB. - I'm getting older and don't recover like I used to. I also am getting into riding more aggressive trails & jumps than ever as my son is now riding with me and pushing limits. Thoughts: I was washing this to put away for the year and admiring it as I removed the pads, washed, and reassembled. I thought I should write a review to let others know how much I love it. Although it is not aimed at MTB, it offers more coverage than other MTB products at less than 1/2 the cost. I have not crashed in it and hope not to, however some test hits at home make me feel confident it can soften blows. It filled all my reasons for buying an exceeded my expectations. Breathable & flexible, additionally I found 2 benefits I didn't even think about. - Fairly tear resistant to brush and sticker bushes I've encountered ripping down trail - Smell resistant. I sweat a lot when I ride. I sweat right through when I wore it as an outer layer. Hate to admit this, but I wore it probably 10+ times this season and didn't was it until hanging it up for the season. It didn't smell at all once dry. It washed well and is not hung up for the season. Adding and removing the pads is easy. You have to roll them up to fit them in some of the pockets, but easy enough. Fabric and pads retain their shape well even when rolled, soaked, and stretched. Very good product, I highly recommend it if you're seeking flexible armor.

The perfect base layer for your "all the gear - all the time" armored riding outfit!
I don't often bother with reviews, but I'm pretty happy with this purchase. I'm 6'3 - 230 lbs with a 46" chest and the 2xx size fit's well. it is a snug fit such that the amour stay's in place, but not uncomfortably tight. I could probably wear a lite sweatshirt under this jacket if desired. The CE2 armor is a plus over lighter CE1 offerings. It get's a bit stiff when cold, but it's a warm weather jacket. I bought it as a base layer. Our Minnesota riding temps can vary widely so I prefer a layered approach. Using armor as the base layer ensures I always have armor on even on the hot days. The fabric accommodates good air flow. The only con's might be that the material may be a bit light in the event of a slide, but that's the trade off for airflow when it's hot out. I would also like to see more reflective areas on the garment. I think the manufacture could focus more on visibility, and less on style. There is always a bit of compromise in comfort when wearing armor, especially the thicker level 2 armor. But this is as comfortable as it's going to get if you value that protection. Great product for the price.

A well-made excellent value
I was looking for a lightweight, shirt-style, armored base-layer. My use is for riding, touring cruiser motorcycles and also to wear while competing in precision skills competitions. I am 6'-0'' and weigh 170 lbs, with an athletic build. I ordered two DUHAN Motorcycle Shirt Mesh Motorcycle Jacket Men with CE Level 2 Armor, one each in Medium and Large. The medium fit my body well, but was too small in the shoulders and sleeve length. The large fit my shoulders and the sleeve length was better, but still the sleeves were a tiny bit short, especially when both arms are extended and holding onto the handlebars. The body of the Lrg was looser than the medium but not by much. I kept the large. I have tried many other styles and this is the closest I have found to "lightweight" and base-layer like fit. I have worn this several times while training for slow skills competition and the shirt moves nicely with my arms and body, and it does not bind or rub. I use the back and elbow CE2 pads when practicing; and the shoulder pads depending on what other clothing/gear I am wearing when cruising. Today I wore the shirt over a long-sleeve tee and my body was at a good temperature and the shirt after about 4.5 hours was still comfortable to wear. I also own some very expensive brand name armor and this compares very nicely and is less than half the cost of a few of my other armored items. This item is a good value and it is easy to recommend it.

Price is crazy for what you get
This is very breathable. It’ll be great for airflow on the bike in the summer. The pads are foam material and flexible. It comes deconstructed, but the pads are easy to put in where they go. It is a bit short in the torso and loose on the sleeves. I bought a small and I am 5’9 and 168lbs. It’s snug in the mid section which I like because it makes me look feminine & it’s so hard finding girly-ish gear. Being as I am a G cup, the chest pads wouldn’t fit in there, to zip up all the way. The price is way too expensive for what you actually get and the quality of the product.

Great light weight sturdy jacket with full padding
This is a great product! We weren't sure on the size and ordered a few until we found the right one. This has 7 pieces of armor, even chest! Which I didn't realize. All CE 2 except the back is CE 1. I was worried at first since the slots to insert the armour were so small, but you just bend the armour to fit and it's great, not bulky and molds to your body. Even as a woman this fits well, minus the chest padding. And works for my husband as well. There are also 2 internal chest pockets as well as one outside chest zipper pocket. There aren't any hand pockets which sucks. But the material actually feels rip proof and Kevlar like. I actually feel I would be protected in this riding. We got the colors black and grey and both look just like the image in color. The zipper is sturdy and over all feels thick and secure fabric. We are excited to get our size. The only thing for the shipper, make sure it is packaged in a bag in a big box. One we got in a shoe box size and the back pad was torn, but another was in a bag in a bigger box and it was perfect.

So lightweight!
This is by far the lightest, most breathable armored 'jacket' I've ever worn. In fact it's almost weightless and the breeze riding passes right through. I'm in Florida and always gear up so having something super breathable is key. I'm not using the back piece, and the fit is great. I'd say they tend towards smaller size wise. 5'-7" and 160 a large fits well using shoulder, elbow, and chest pads. Two minor drawbacks: It takes a while for the initial odor to dissipate. Mine hung on a line in the garage for a week or two and then riding obviously helps. Pretty well gone now. Second, only one pocket on the chest. It's useful for your documents but not for a phone, for instance, if using the chest pads.
