Missing pieces
Item looks nice, but be aware that if you are missing pieces getting those pieces shipped to you is almost impossible as the manufacturer does not answer email or message for over 24 hours. Your only option is to return the entire item for a refund or replacement, but this is a huge waste of time and money in my opinion.

Parts are defective !
I received my dresser and everything was fine until I got to my last dresser. The pieces don't match. I've sent the manufacturer an email, I'm hoping they're able to fix my order.
