Easy set up, used a previous video review posted to help with opening up bottles. Pretty good quality for what it is. Would’ve rathered white for the 3 compartment, but beige is alright also

Easy to install. However, I think the option of mounting without screwing into the wall allows the product to be easily dismounted from the wall adhesive holder, as my child was merely trying to pump some shampoo out and it fell from the wall in the shower, breaking off the inside bottle, making it defective.

The only positive thing I can say is they look nice. They are poorly engineered. The mounting with the adhesive is sloppy and as other reviewers have mentioned they can be easily knocked off. The locking mechanism feels like you are going to break it when using the key to find the right spot to unlock. Reinserting the bottle/pump and closing the cover really makes you wonder if they did any QA on this thing. And lastly one of the pumps quit working after less than two months. Tried to contact the seller for warranty replacement and got no reply. Overall this is very low quality and I regret the purchase.

The look is outstanding but opening the individual containers to fill is next to impossible. It was a struggle, but I filled the 3 compartments and I dread when they need refilled.

I am changing my review to 5 stars. The seller contacted me and gave a refund, replaced the item as well. I really like this dispenser compared to the others, that's why I was hoping to get a nozzle replacement and I'm glad the seller replaced it for me. Appreciate it!
