Excellent product which I used as soon as it arrived to produce a wonderful Corned beef from some brisket. Once cured and cooked it didn't last 24 hrs it was so popular.

I purchased this to cure pork belly into streaky bacon. I did the 2 week in the fridge method in a ZipLock bag then hung in my cellar wrapped in cloth. The bacon was outstanding to say the least.I've since used the prague powder to make salt beef using a recipe from ChefSteps. It's also called instacure.

Does the job
I used this to make ChefSteps sous vide brisket - while not necessary in terms of flavour, it did create an attractive pink 'smoke ring', which I was pleased with. I'm sure I'll find some other meat curing projects to use more of it.

Hope the preservative effect is as good as the delivery!
Faster than promised delivery. In another 4 weeks I will be eating my homemade n'duja sausage. Only then will I know if the chemical in the bag is effective. If you hear no more I may be dead! #botulismroulette
