It's not really ALL terrain
Disappointingly the first thing this all terrain walking stick tells you in the instructions is that it's not suitable for ice and snow. I have been walking around with it for a few days now, and it is light, very light compared to my NHS issued stick, which is good. So far I've only used it on hard surfaces outside the house, but it feels sturdy and that it would be stable on gravel and soft grass etc. It's a good benefit that you can just let go of it and it stands by itself instead of trying and failing to find something to balance it against when you momentarily need two hands, but on carpeted surfaces you have to be careful about placing it or it will topple, although it does have a useful wrist strap. The instructions mention if you step on the foot of it whilst walking, the sections could be pulled apart and therefore you could fall. This is a useful warning, because it takes a while to get used to the foot having a larger footprint, and it's easy to catch it underfoot, particularly when cornering. Height adjustment is similar to the NHS stick and adjusts in the same increments, so not infinitely adjustable like some nordic walking sticks, but more than adequate. I chose the blue option, an it is a very attractive colour.

So glad I bought this!
I badly strained my calf and this cane has made a huge difference to my recovery. Before I got it, I was reluctant to take the daily walk I was told to because I was worried about people bumping into me. (This is based on repeated experience.) So I thought I'd get a cane so people would know I have a problem walking and to give me that bit of extra stability. The Hurrycane is great. I like that it can stand by itself if it is on level ground. It does fall over if the ground is uneven, though. But when paying for something in a shop, it stands by itself fine. I also really like how easy it is to fold up. My calf is improving now and I don't need the cane unless I am in a busy area or getting on and off transport, so I pop it in my bag until I need it.

Well worth the money
It is comfortable to use and i feel safe when i'm walking as it helps my balance.

Not very stable.
As I have trouble with not only my balance but walking I thought this would be more stable than just an ordinary walking stick but unfortunately I was wrong, it’s not stable & can easily tip you up, if I had know this of course I wouldn’t have bought it, nice colour blue, so buyers beware.

Light weight
The stick light weight and outs together easily great aid for stability confidence my 88 year old mum loves this walking stick folding up is quick for the coaching holidays and the wrist strap is comfortable, could do with being able to adjust a shorter height, just by half a notch more for the shorter lady would make it pure-fect for my cat mum.
