I've bought these a total of 13 times over the last year. When I first started using them, they were okay. Nothing "great"...but the pricing was very attractive.Beginning in June of 2023, something changed. I began having to change drums more and more often (and this was on a brand new printer).These drums have never provided 100% usage. They usually start giving print quality problems when you get down to around 25% of the drum-life left. But, again, with the price so low, I didn't think much of it.But, for the. last several months, these drums are giving out before they've even used 25% of their drum life. (My most recent one is only 19% used and already needs changing.)This leads to the other issue -- that I'm currently dealing with. The build quality of these things is shoddy. Many times, the toner cartridge doesn't "sit" properly in the drum. In many cases, the green lever simply doesn't do a good job of holding the cartridge in place.This evening, I needed to change toner cartridges and the whole drum unit/toner cartridge is jammed in the printer. As far as I can tell, the drum cartridge failed to hold the cartridge in place...so now the entire unit is lodged in the printer and cannot be removed. I expect I'll have to find some way of cutting the whole thing out of the printer with pliers or snips.Bottom line: 3rd party products are great when the quality is good. But I will never buy these again. No amount of savings is worth wrecking an $800 printer or taking it out of commission.Buyer Beware. (And Toner Bank, if you're reading this, I expect you to respond. You used to have a good product but this is awful.)

Super easy to use. Worked great for replacement toner cartridges. Will definitely order again.

Overall the toners have been good. I’ve had issues with magenta, but they were very quick to respond and send me a new cartridge. Since then all has been working great.
