I’ve gone through quite a few brands of jasmine rice over the years, but this Mai Thai AAA Jasmine Rice really stands out for both its aroma and texture. The moment it starts cooking, the kitchen fills with that delicate floral scent that instantly makes me think of authentic Thai meals. Once ready, the grains are soft, slightly sticky, and perfectly fluffy — exactly how jasmine rice should be. It pairs beautifully with everything, from stir-fries and curries to simple fried eggs or grilled fish.
