Works a treat with my old Xbox 360 and a modern TV. Great price too

Works great with PS2 and LG 4k OLED
This works great with a fat PAL PS2 into and LG 4k C2 65" or 48" C1 OLED. Far better than what I remember on my 2011 Panasonic 42" plasma. Didn't look as good on my cheap Samsung 4k 43" LCD/LED. USB powered from one of the PS2 USB ports. I am using the official Sony component cable. LG allows the screen to be zoomed/adjusted to get rid of any black borders. I use PES 2012 and Gran Turismo 4 as a bench mark - if these are playable then most games will look good. Not tried with Nintendo Wii yet but I'm sure it will work. Thinking of buying another as backup. Picture is from the LG OLED C2 65". I've not delved into to picture options yet, as you can see the colour is a bit saturated and the anti aliasing needs toning down.

Doesn’t convert PlayStation. Screen is just blank no signal received by the tv

Puuuuurfect for PS2/480i+p. Does not support PS1/240p.
As the title says, the image quality is as good as possible on a LCD/OLED, providing you use a decent component cable with it. It doesn't support the resolution of PS1 games though so no image appears beyond the PS1 logo. Which is a pity given I got it for both PS1/2. For PS1, the Kaico PS1/2 adapter that offers RGB/component switching is the best I have found. The video is too bright for PS2 games/not as good compared to this though, so I have to use both. Such is lief~

DVD player Component output to HDMI TV input works with caveats
This works for several of my DVDs, but not others-that produce 'No Signal' on (LG OLEDC) TV screen. Google search reveals 'The intermittent "no signal" error when playing certain DVDs is almost certainly caused by copy-protection (Macrovision) embedded in those specific discs, which the Portta Component-to-HDMI converter fails to process'. Have not yet overcome this, otherwise for my DVDs that play it works, TV picture quality depending on quality of DVD original picture quality.

Perfect for my PlayStation 2
Really easy to connect up, needs USB C power which comes in the box and is fine to run from the PS2 itself. The quality as far as I can see is the same as when I had it hooked up directly to the component input on my previous TV. No dropouts, nice and sharp - exactly what I needed.

Super pour jouer à la PS2 sur un grand écran 4K, les textes sont lisibles et la luminosité et couleur sont justes. Cependant j’enlève 1 étoile car après quelques sessions de jeu, j’ai l’impression que le boîtier bug… j’ai des coupures d’images en plein jeu, je suis obligé de débrancher et rebrancher le câble hdmi…
