These ankle weights are perfect! I love LOVE love everything about them! I love how very comfortable they and they are so comfortable i can wear them for hours....I love how colorful they are, these ankle weights are actually the prettiest ankle weights I have ever seen and owned.....I love how extremely well made and durable they are because they are made from high quality materials....I love the weight, 1 pound each because the weight is just right for me, not too light and not too heave, their perfect just right! These ankle weights were very well packaged and were shipped and delivered with lightning fast speed....highly recommend....I would give these ankle weights 10 Stars instead of 5 Stars if I could!

These Lyla multi-colored weights are super attractive....great colors. The strap is stretchy and the velcro is strong so they stay on securely. They arrive in a nice cloth carry/storage bag too. Recommended.

These fit my small wrists very nicely and easily adjusted up to fit around my husband and back again. The silicone iii very soft and feels cool. Having the weights distributed equally all around my wrist just feels nice compared to the old sand bag weights! I would definitely recommend these but I would also shop around for similar products for a better price. I received these free as part of the Vine program and they are roughly $30. I'm sure you are paying for the variety of colors because I also have some in plain black that actually cost about 30% less. If you care about the color though, this is thee set for you!

These have a nice weight to them. They are brightly colored. They can be used for multiple things besides your wrists and ankles as the individual weights are removable.

These are 1 pound weights that you can wear on your ankles or wrists. They are sturdily made, easy to attach, and stay put. They are comfortable and adjustable to size. I'll be ordering a second set so that they can be worn on both wrists and ankles at the same time! Provide excellent resistance! Cute and colorful and they come in a nice cloth carrying bag.

I wear these at my standing desk on my walking pad. The added weight intensifies my workout and helps me stay fit. The weights look like candy and are very cute.

These are perfect. I was using neoprene weights - but they move a lot and seemed to irritate a nerve in my wrist (I used them while walking). These stay flat around / on my wrist nicely and do not move around as much. They also don't get sweaty because there not much fabric (just where the velcro is).The 1lb weight each is perfect. My wrists are 5.5" around.Would recommend!
