Top notch quality and performance
Fairly simple to put together. Solid and stable base, and comes with the slow and sear insert which is fun to grill with. Built in table and metal storage shelf is a great addition. Durable wheels make it easy to reposition. Only complaint would probably be the lid seal, as smoke leaks from the edge a bit. Not a big deal for me because I am not using it for smoking meats, but maybe more important to others. Overall very satisfied and would purchase again in a heartbeat.

A great grill that works as described
Assembly was pretty easy and could benefit from 2 people on a couple of steps. Once assembled, my first cook was a Prime rib eye steak doing a reverse sear. Getting the steak to about 115* was pretty easy once i figured out how to set the air flow for ~250*. The sear was almost too intense as the coal bucket got super hot. What a crust it produced! All-in-all, a wonderful addition to my grilling equipment.

Sexy and Cooks Incredibly Well
I was in love with this grill before I ever bought it, watching Guga foods cook steaks I soon had to ask the inevitable question of what kind of grill is he cooking on. Soon found the answer and knew I had to have it. Took me about 2 hours to put together as I fumbled with a few things with the instructions as I wanted to put it together like it should be 100%. Cooking chicken wings on this, bottom and top vents full open, with the water pan in the charcoal bin, closed the lid for an hour, during that time, the thermometer stayed right at 325 degrees, after the hour, opened up the grill, nothing was burned, even the wings closest to the charcoal bin, most of the charcoal was still unburned. The wings turned out perfect, wish I would have ditched my Weber years ago.

Great charcoal grill!
I love this grill! So much more thought and engineering by SNS compared to my old Weber. The cart it sits in/on is great and sturdy, never worry about it tipping over. The side shelf is large and solid. The ash receptacle is easy to use and empty. My only complaint is the lid is very slightly warped so it doesn't get a positive seal but it hasn't affected my cooks. It's more of a nitpick I guess.

MANUFACTURING QC VERY DISAPPOINTING
I'm sure this is a great cooker. I haven't even gotten to that point yet. The crossbar that says "SNS Grills" doesnt fit into the leg. Unbelievable. *UPDATE* After being extremely disappointed with a few parts not fitting together during assembly, I reached out to SNS support and within 20 minutes they emailed me back and have since shipped the replacement parts. The quality control issue is a bummer, but at the same time, this grill is at an affordable price for a reason. The company clearly cares and after cooking on this thing, I absolutely love it. I have changed from 3 starts to 4 stars for that reason. It would be 5, no doubt, if I didn't have the QC issue. *UPDATE ... AGAIN* OK, this cooker is incredible. Its set up so incredibly nice with the insert and thoughtfulness of SNS R&D. I am over the fact that the set up wasn't a great experience. The company made it right immediately. Product and support is excellent!

Low-quality rip-off of the Weber Performer
I’ve had both this and the Weber Performer, and more than one Weber to boot. I have made my way back to kettle grills recently and was going to purchase another Weber Performer, and saw this. Was swayed by the statements of “value” as this included all these nifty “features” for essentially free versus the Weber. Despite some concerns about reviews stating that it’s of lower build quality, I saw enough saying it was great to give it a try. And I was wrong to do so. The kettle itself is out-of-round. The LID is out-of-round. I managed to fiddle with the super-lightweight and flimsy lid and get it close to round, but even at that, it’s a quarter-to-half inch bigger than the kettle so it always sits just off the lip of the kettle somewhere. And, thus, leaks like a siv. NOTHING on this unit seals worth a damn. The 5-lobe star air inlet doesn’t sit flush enough with the bowl to Seal well. And even if it did, they made the decision to recess 4 large spots for the attachment points for the ash catch. When the vent is closed…. Some of the lobes of the star “sit” over these large recesses, which are larger than the lobes, meaning — you guessed it — they bleed in air like a siv. Additional feature of a “smoke port?” Leaks like a siv. Additional feature of a temp probe port? Leaks like a siv. Easy-spin grate with flip-up fuel spot? Weber has this now anyway. Checked it out, nothing that makes it “easy spin” other than it’s there and you can spin it like you can on the Weber now anyhow. Slow N Sear coal basket? It’s nice. It is. And it’s very heavy duty. I think quite honesty in overkill fashion. It does have a flaw in that with the water tray inserted it’s too heavy to that side and wants to tip itself over, and honestly even as good as it is, it’s not worth everything else. Bottom line: if you get this be prepared to spend a lot of time and money trying to seal it up so you can control it and not burn through a mountain of coals each time you want to burn some hotdogs. And then try not to do the math on wether you’d have broken even getting the superior Weber and adding the few things to it you’d want from this kit. EDIT TO ADD: Have since purchased the Weber Performer to replace. Having had back-to-back with them, WOW the quality difference is so very apparent. the Weber, the lid fits. It just fits. No shifting and gapping. After my first cook, I closed all the vents and put on a sheet of paper to smolder and smoke and choke the fire out (as I’ve done with all my grills to save the coals), and where after even a small cook and closing EVERYTHING down as tight as I could with the SNS, it would eat every last bit of coals, the Weber did exactly as it should if you put fire in a chamber devoid of airflow: it killed the coals and saved them for the next cook! Like the difference in quality is so severe, that I had come back and move this from 2 stars to 1. Shame.

Intuitive Design for Easy Grilling
This grill is excellent. It is a beautifully thought out design and an improvement on the basic weber grill. I love that there's a place to put the lid, a small table to put the meat, supply basket, and the grate can easily be turned to get the meat out of the fire if there's a flame up when you need to check temp or do basting. It's perfect for steaks, salmon, hamburgers, hotdogs, veggies and anything else that doesn't need to be slow cooked at a low temp. I highly recommend it. It was easy to put together- set aside an hour while watching your favorite TV show or sport. It will be done before you know it.
