It works just like it says
It works just like it says. I'm not sure why other reviewers have had issues. My daughter is 5'6" and it works fine.

Way over priced!
The product was a big disappointment!!My daughter who is 5.6 tried it.It is to big for her doesn't pull her down and she is taller then a lot of adults!!And the straps cute in your skin too. There is no way to even adjust the length of the straps. So basically it is not usable, and the product is very pricy for the quality!

Amazing Tool!
I personally do not use the Flex Trainer, but my daughter uses it on a regular basis for tennis practice. She absolutely loves it! The taller you are the harder the bungee cords pull on your waist. This allows you to get even lower on the ball while playing tennis. I would highly recommend this product for tennis players that want to get low on the ball and place the perfect spin. It may feel a bit strange at first, but it is truly effective. Just for a tip, I would suggest wearing higher socks so that the Velcro straps at the bottom don't cut into your legs. Enjoy!

hope you're short
this product is great...if you're not more than five feet tall. otherwise you won't be able to keep the waistband above your thighs, even in a crouch position. better yet, it's not adjustable. well done! don't waste your money.

Uncomfortable
Plastic digs into my calves. Not comfortable at all! It also just doesn’t work with younger tennis players. If they are too tall it really does hurt. And too short it doesn’t do much at all!
