AVCOO 3-in-1 TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator for Pain Relief, 24 Modes, EVA Bag

I am an electrical enigneer that mostly does firmware and software development. I also do board design and productization as well as data center AI development. I am often hunched over my workbench or spending hours and hours at my desk editing code or my designs. I get terrible back pain between my shoulder blades and just below my neck. I have CKD stage 2-3A, which means I can't take NSAIDs else my kidneys will get destroyed. I want o avoid dialysis and death until I am ready to shake this mortal coil off. My nephrologists recommended my PCP to prescribe Tramadol. Which to me, is like a placebo. I feel no effect from it at all (yet they consider it a narcotic - uhm no). Was researching pain relief that is actually effective for CKD patients and its basically narcotics, nerve blocks, or TENS/EMS. I spend some time searching through all the various manufacturers and settled on this one. I am extremely happy with the performance. It ie extremely easy to use. It holds a charge for hours and hours of use. The high quality hard case is very nice. It has som many different patterns of nerve/muscle stimulation. It doesn't necessarily remove the pain, but it does make it so it isn't so terrible. The different pulse and strengths allow me to really dial in the pain relief. This is also an EMS unit. Meaning it can also be used to build muscle and prevent atrophy. It works very well. It is so powerful, I can't even put it to the highest strength. Well worth the money. It is almost hard to believe you can get this quality for the price. I can remember years ago when I wsa in the Marines I had a muscle stimulator to help build my abs. That thing was like 500 bucks - 20 years ago. This one is much better than that for less than 10th the cost and 1/4 the size. This is so small its hard to believe. I also picked up some extra pads, even though the pads continue to work forever as long as you put them back on their wrapper or on the included plastic card. I would definitely recommend and would buy again.

Oh. My. HECK! 10 stars. Where has this been all my life? I have restless leg a LOT and find it very hard to relax and sleep. I use this for just 5 minutes on the troubled areas and the spasms are gone and the muscles are relaxed. WOW! I did not think it would help so quickly! The pads are removable and reusable. It takes a bit of work to take them off, but do NOT discard the plastic cover when you remove them from the sticky part. And yes, you must stick the pads to your skin in order for it to work. (I tried, haha) The directions are super easy to follow to get started using it pretty quickly. I love that it is rechargeable! The only thing I'm bummed about is the fact that the manuals don't go into details about the different settings and what they would be for. Try them all out. Each setting has multiple sub settings in it for different types of stimuli. Then you can adjust the intensity. So far, I've only been able to stand it at a 6 on one level but 5 on most, and one, I don't go past 4. So, there is a LOT more that you can do. This is such a small device but packs a punch and is so wonderful. I'm so excited to try it out on other troubled body areas that get so fatigued. This is so compact and easy to carry with you. It is a wonderful device for muscle care! Oh, yeah, and it also uses USB C to charge.

I was a little skeptical that this product would actually work as advertised. It has helped me with pain in my shoulder as well as my hip. It's very easy to use and appears to be very durable because of the high quality of the materials and design. When I can relieve my shoulder pain I certainly sleep much better.

Caught this on sale and glad I did because if I had used this before I would have paid full price. Its very easy to use and had the rite balance of power and function. The battery life is off the charts. This is the best unit I have used so far especially for the price. The pads and accessories that come with it are well made and durable. If your are looking for a tens unit that won't break the bank this is it. Do not even consider any other tens unit buy this one you will be very satisfied!!!

Great unit especially for the price! Very strong, a lot of settings—actually too many imo—a lot of sticky pads and handy carrying case. Very happy with it.

Originally got this for my wife after her knee surgery. She loved it and it help greatly. But fast forward a few months and my SI joint was out of wack causing low back pain. She recommended I try this Tens unit to help with pain. She hooked me up and after a 10-20 minute session my pain was reduced. I then went to chiropractor the next day to get adjusted and they put their huge monster of a tens unit on my back. I feel like this little unit did a better job than the huge industrial one the chiropractor has. We have only had it a few months so can’t say much for durability yet. But it’s very easy to use with a wide selection of options to choose from to customize and dial in your needs. And what an affordable price!!! Comes with 6 sets of pads, 2 of which are large pads. Has 2 sets of cords, a USB-C charging cord, user manual and quick guides, a scraper, and a hard molded case to keep it all in. The unit is the size of an IPod and light weight. 10/10. Highly recommend. I was skeptical at this price point but came to the reviews and was convinced to try it. Glad I did.

For anyone in pain, give this a try. Years ago, I suffered through a torn rotator cuff on my left shoulder and had to have surgery to get it repaired. Over the last few years, I've been experiencing extreme pain in my right shoulder. Since I knew I hadn't sustained any injuries, I just dealt with it the best way I could. However the pain got worse, and I was having difficulty raising it. My Doctor suggested a shot into the joint. I refused and began to search for alternative solutions. By then, I had become desperate for any relief. Going to Amazon, I found this Tens Unit, and took a chance. This is a well thought out kit. The unit charged fast, and was easy to use. In about a week, the pain was gone. Now, a few weeks later, my shoulder fells almost completely normal. No pain raising my arm, or sleeping on my right side! This company put a lot of thought into this unit. From it's rigid clam case, plenty of reusable and different shapped pads, and two leads for multiple applications. The directions are easy to follow, and fit in the case. I do suggest you do some research on your area of trouble. There's no way for them to tell everyone, with all the possibilities, the perfect placement of the pads. You'll have to experiment. The menu is dead simple. Turn on, push M, for menu. Cycle through the screen pictures to your choice of stimulation. Adjust the intensity level using positive for more. Push T for the length of time, then the center button to lock it in. Using the unit every day, the charge lasts a long time. Weeks or good, strong power. You can't go wrong with this unit, and company. Fantastic! And no more pain! Everything fits in the case. Each pair of pads goes into a small resealable bag. The leads fold up easily and include a reusable velcro strip. Nothing cheap here. Get one and feel better. No shots or pain drugs. Does what it says and more.
