As you can see from my picture, my desk is pretty thick on the top and so are the legs. I had some difficulty finding a solution until I came across this product. The wood portion is high quality and the screws are pretty heavy duty and won't immediately strip out. It also includes two pieces of rubber to put on the bolt that tightens the tension of the mount and the other side as well so that it won't damage whatever you're mounting this headphone stand to. For the money, this is the best headstand mount on Amazon for the quality and the price and will be my go-to solution going forward. It came with extra screws in case you strip them (good luck) and an Allen key for installation.

I won't lie for the price I wasn't expecting anything crazy but it's holding up extremely well and it looks super super nice!

Sturdy base with nice walnut finish, which accentuates the rest of my desk setup. I use this to hold my AirPods Max and it fits perfect!

This is much better than any 3d printed headphone holder. This is a steel clamp with a nicely finished walnut head band holder. It is strong and durable, excellent design and finish. The screws allow this to be mounted in several positions. They provided an Allen wrench and extra screws. They did supply a couple of cushioned pads. The side of my desk is about an inch thick and has beveled edges. This presented a problem as the round part of the clamp doesn't fully clamp on the inside bevel. I removed the rubber pad the provided and replaced it with a thick felt floor type pad. This squished down enough to securely hold the clamp and headphones in place. This is not really a design issue with this headphone holder, it is just an issue I had because of the unique design of the wood side on my desk, and I was able to easily solve it. I included a picture to help explain. The plastic guard cap on this clamp really could use a rotating design, as it would help to hold the clamp in place while tightening it. You can see what I mean by looking at a standard C clamp, then end of the screw part will have a flat pivoting head on it. I really wanted to use this exceptional headphone holder, and it really works and looks great. Highly recommended.

Absolute garbage Screws don't fit, and snapped while tightening rendering this thing useless Protective rubber padding not included. Amazon didn't even want it back, just issue refund.
