My husband is very satisfied with this bed. Great price compared to others. This bed having the 5 functions is a game changer.2025 Update:I wanted to put an update on this bed: Make sure all your nuts and bolts are tight. My husband was in bed with the head in an upright position and the right side of it collapsed down. I had to get him out of it and put him in the recliner to sleep. I looked at it the next day and the bolt came out. Thank God for friends to help fix it, as I was not able to do it. I also am having an issue with the frame squealing when my husband puts the bed in different positions, very annoying sound.

The bed has been extremely helpful in dealing with complications of MD. Delivery was prompt, assembly was easy, and operation was simple. I'm very glade I found this product. Quality was excellent.

This bed was perfect before the remote stopped working after two weeks or so. It was raised up high for transferring my mom to a stretcher for transport. It is stuck in that position now. I am hoping it will be an easy fix. My mom isn’t coming home. Otherwise I would not know what to do.

My mom had a stroke, and we decided to bring her home to care for her ourselves. We were looking for a hospital-style bed, and the one we found is even better than the one at the hospital. It has two extra functions: one lets us tilt her head downward slightly, which makes it easier to slide her up the bed, and the other allows her to be positioned almost upright, so she looks like she’s standing. She absolutely loves the bed.

Very nice bed that is sturdy and easy to use. The side panels that move up and down feel a little bit flimsy. The mattress is the worst hospital mattress I have ever sat on or pushed on. It really is unusable. We will replace the mattress but we do love the bed.
