The product is nothing over the top and/or below. Its perfect in how its made with considerable, desirable effects for everyone who is into protein intake in their diet. But it's not made for anyone who's a protein addict with strict calories management and has a lack of knowledge for taste adjustment. Taste is fine for the price yet too sweet when consumed with water. They should tone down a little bit of that sweetner. No foaming when mixed with milk or water. Sometimes there are lumps if you are mixing it in a glass and not in a shaker or just steel glass and a spoon to mix but not an issue for me personally. It's 5/10 times occurrence. Just know that I am ready to look the other way for lot of things that would be considered undesirable just for its price and quality control and product delivery by Nakpro. But lot of its downsides are subjective which is a rare thing these days with products. Creatine is one of the best I have used. The noticeable difference with or without their creatine is huge in terms of endurance and strength. It's also a good mental stabilizer. Cannot exactly say about protein content in scientific terms but the quality is present. When I don't have eggs and I take this protein powder the difference in energy and recovery is almost same if not better. Because this product is also a decent source of carbs it's ideal for anyone who has an active lifestyle. Good points. Sometimes there is uneasiness in gut and weird burps with an darkish/burnt/over caramelised after taste and feeling coming deep from inside your entire digestive tract if you have this on an empty stomach and/or with only water and milk. I would call this a perfect add-on product for your other dishes like oats bowl, chocolate curd etc. it's ideal to not consume it as your first day of meal unless it's paired with some other food. To sum up I would not complain cause it didn't give any problems. But I will be honest that I didn't feel like consuming it everyday because of it's sweetness and bitterness imbalance. It's an excellent source of food for people on a budget and who just want to enjoy it with milk, yogurt, eggs and bananans(smoothies, shakes etc.) Taste and feeling with just water is subjective. I would recommend it to people who are not too serious but want to take care of their diet. What I have mentioned are normal effects that come with any type of food if taken at wrong time or in an incorrect/excessive amount. Regardless of the price it's a solid product and does the job for dietary average people which are majority in the world and need some protein in their food. The best way to consume this powder is with a recipe with fibre like oats, wheat, chia seeds etc. Best enjoyed with something to cut down it's excess sweetness.

I have been using NAKPRO NUTRITION Impact Whey since March 2026, and in my experience, it is one of the best proteins available in this price range. I personally have not experienced any bloating or digestion issues while using it. As part of my weight-loss journey, I take up to 3 scoops a day—usually after my morning workout with fibre and Glutamine, sometimes with lunch, and at night along with glycine after evening walk. The taste is not its strongest point, so you may need to compromise on flavour. But if your priority is protein quality, affordability and results rather than taste, I think it is absolutely worth considering. I have lost around 30 kg during my weight-loss journey, and this protein has been a regular part of my diet along the way. Absolutely killer product for the price the double chocolate is really good!! Trust me!!! Can't comment on the gains though, it's just been 2 weeks for me. Will update again. Dont listen to the guys saying chalk texture etc, it is better than many expensive proteins in terms of taste. No complains for the creatine as well. I take both with chilled watter and recommend the same.

If not lactose intolerance. This is best value for money. Taste 4/5 with water, 5/5 with milk. Mixability 5/5. But the flavour stays on tongue for2-3 hours maybe you should go for malai kulfi.

Malai kulfi flavour is 3/5 Chocolate flavour is much better

This product is really good, i have been using this since 4 months and its been helping me a lot in my gym journey, specially the creatine, i can observe more energy in just 2 weeks , really affordable and a good option as a student
