I really like this chandelier. Wasn't hard to assemble but it is time consuming, every single crystal has to be hung separately. Very sparkly.

I’m so happy with this light. It really elevated the overall look of my bedroom. It went up easily and hanging all the crystals took a minute but was not hard. Excellent value!

Sadly I had a broken piece on one of the dangling pieces and they only sent xtra of the larger ones . You can’t really tell but called and it says it’s on the way . If that’s the case I give it 5 stars . Exactly what I wanted for this room !

Gorgeous! (Although a little different than expected)
I love this flush-mount light, and It looks gorgeous in my library! It has a sturdy construction with great instructions and packaging. Truly stunning! It was a lot of work to put together and hang, but it was totally worth it! The only reason it did not receive 5-stars is because even with two shipments (initial and additional), we never received all the correct parts. There is a thorough checklist included for the customer to assess all parts are received. I only wish the seller had checked the list at the time of either shipment, so we would have received all the correct parts. Initially 8 of the 16 arms were missing from the original shipment. We contacted the seller to request the 8 B arms missing from the initial shipment. They were quick to respond and helpful, verifying with us several times exactly what we needed. The second shipment included 4 A arms and 4 B arms. Since this process took several weeks, we opted to just improvise with what we were given, and it looked elegant with 12 A arms and 4 B arms. (See photo as our version is slightly different from seller photo.) But again, it is gorgeous and totally worth it!
