It’s not flexible.
It is not flexible as stated. The little blocks are rock hard and hurt. The brace strap has SO much Velcro that I have an extremely hard time undoing it.

Not appropriate for my use
I wanted to use it around my neck because I work outdoors in Florida heat. It was to large for that purpose.
