Only one fillet appears to be sashimi grade
These guys are cutting fillets from two sources, only one of which is sashimi grade. It's happened a few times now and I'm sick of. I love sashimi and I can tell when I receive sub standard cuts of fish. Each time only one of the two fillets is in my view sashimi grade. The other is grey, and washed out. I won't be buying again.

Good quality for the price but would not use it for Sashimi.
For the price, can’t really complain, definitely worth it but I wouldn’t use it for Sashimi as the fish has to be flash frozen to kill parasites and eggs at -35c for 15 hours. These are not frozen and it says so on the label.

Good quality salmon
These two salmon portions were not the best ones I have tried out. But for the quality and price of London, it is priceworthy. The fish was fresh, cut in good portions and also the fish skin was cleaned off properly. Would buy it again!

Bought this with the tuna sashimi to make poke, and fried the skins. Fresh and delicious.

Truly fantastic - I love the sashimi raw quality islice and serve with hoisin or soya or teriyakiTheir tuna is great tooI'm trying to make Japanese sticky rice as well
