Post Extension by Extend-A-Post - Install onto 1-3/8" Top Rail Only x 2' Long - Set of 9

So far, I am thrilled with these! I put these up and hung 2 in by 4 in welded wire on them a few days ago. They were easy to attach to the existing chain link fence and so far are standing pretty straight, though I can see that if I wanted to, I can shift them to lean in one direction or the other. If or when my dogs or cats ever actually try to scale them, it will be interesting to see how they hold up.If I remember, I may update this review in a few months to mark how they're holding up. So grateful somebody invented these and saved me the time and money that replacing my current fence would have cost!

This is the 3rd box i buy. Great quality and easy to install. Its helping my 70 pound dog stay in the yard. I even bought my mom a pack for her yard and she loves it!

I purchased this product to keep my cat in the backyard. He is 2 years old and has figured out he can jump the fence. I have had these for over a month now and he has not left the yard. The posts are made well, but I ended up having to purchase the braces from Extend A Post (59.99 for 4) because the weight caused the top rail to roll. I would recommend this to be a 2-person job to help with attaching the wire to the posts. I am very pleased with the results. Now Toby can roam freely in the yard and be the tiger he is inspired to be. Also a plus...it's keeping the deer out! I bought these to extend the height of my 4 foot chain fence. They were not hard to install and are great quality! I did it all myself and used 21 gauge chicken wire as the fencing in between, plus industrial aluminum zip ties to place and tighten. So far it’s everything I was hoping for and keeps my Doberman from jumping up and over my fence!I would highly recommend if looking for a cost effective solution to heighten a fence.

Update: I reach out to customer service and they very quickly sent me the replacement metal caps that are pictured. They explained that many of their customers prefer the plastic for their use. I just happen to prefer the metal caps.Plastic cap instead of caps shown in pictures. Probably not going to last as long with the elements. I've only unpacked three so I'm not sure about the others. The three that I unpacked had the caps on, but I've seen other people have mentioned them coming off easily. Again I'm disappointed because if that's the case then rain is going to get inside of them. It's just going to be a problem I think with them lasting as long as I would like them to last obviously as it's going to be part of my fence. I'm not returning them though because I started this fence project a week ago and they sent me the wrong product so I had to wait to get the correct product. They sent me barbed wire arms, ugh... Just disappointed. Not a pleasant experience. I was going to order from another seller, but I didn't like their end caps. They didn't match the ones on my fence like these were supposed to.

I Works well! I’m not very handy but was able to install this myself to my liking and much to my dogs chagrin!

Purchased to extend the height of our fence to discourage our dog from climbing out. Installation to top of fence at an inward angle was quick and easy, used p-ties to fasten mesh to fence and rods. Works great, looks nice. These are versatile.

They work well for the designed purpose and were easy to install. They are pretty sturdy but for what they are 12 dollars each is a bit overpriced. I don't like the fact they show nice metal caps on the top but don't actually include them. Instead you get cheesy black plastic pieces.
