VERY SHARP AND COMFORTABLE TO HOLD
I LOVE THIS KNIFE, THIS IS MY THIRD ONE OF THESE. I BROKE MY FIRST ONE AFTER YEARS OF USE AND I MISSED IT SO MUCH SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER BUT IT WAS BIGGER. LOVE IT TOO BUT IVE SMALL HANDS SO I ORDERED THIS. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED IF YOU BUY THIS BUT BE CAREFUL, I SLICED MYSELF OPEN ON FIRST USE..

Very sharp!
I already had one I purchased a number of years ago. Was always a little anxious to use as extremely sharp but I had to get another one as it is the best knife I own. Just be careful as you would with any sharp object. Cuts my veggies and meat smoothly and quickly. Excellent product.
