**Q: Installed mine but the motion sensor is no working. I’m 100% sure its installed correctly with the opening at the bottom. Does it work for you?**
A: There is an opening at the bottom right of the frame if installed properly.  I believe that opening is to access the sensor for lighting change.  I do agree with you that there is no front facing opening that could recognize motion when entering a room with the frame.

**Q: I'm having problems clicking the bottom part of the frame onto the tv.  I don't want to press too hard and damage the tv.  How hard do i press?**
