My kids always wanted a hammock but we don't have trees close to each other in our backyard where we can hang one and I didn't want to get a bulky standalone metal hammock stand that we don't have a place to store away during winter but this portable and foldable hammock stand is truly a game changer! My kids are loving it and fighting over this now and I know they will even fight over it more during the summer next year! It was super well packaged and inside the box was a super sturdy storage bag with carrying handle as well as shoulder strap. It's easy to carry but it's not super lightweight storage bag either because the aluminum frames are super heavy duty. I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to open it up and setup the hammock. It literally took less than a minute to open and set it up once we got familiar with the setup. Oh, and the setup instructions are attached inside the storage bag with illustration, which is very handy. I love how it also incudes the shade and a cup holder, which is perfect during the summer when using it under the sun. The hammock itself is folded inside a pouch, which is attached to the hammock so you will never misplace it. They really thought of everything when designing this amazing portable hammock. I'm 5'11" tall and I was very comfortable inside the hammock as it wrapped my body around with plenty of space around my arms and legs. I'm planning to use it on our backyard for my kids but I can't wait until I take this out to a local park or even a beach during the summer next year, which I'm sure will get plenty of attention from other people. It is definitely what we are looking for. Very easy to setup and no extra installation needed. Good quality materials and easily packed to put into the carrying bag. It is a real 3 sec setup which is super convenient. Not very heavy and easy to carry around. It can be put in any corner of the yard and stands quite stable on concrete or grass or rocks. Very happy with the purchase.

I’ll be honest—I really like this anymaka hammock stand. A little context first: I didn’t buy this expecting to haul it deep into the backcountry on a week-long backpacking trip. If you’re counting every ounce in your pack, this probably isn’t the setup you’re looking for. But for everything else? It’s been great. Most of my hammock time isn’t hardcore camping anyway. It’s backyard afternoons, beach days, parks, and hanging out at friends’ places. I wanted something that didn’t rely on finding the perfect trees, digging holes, or being limited by the terrain—and that still felt stable once I was in it. This stand does exactly that. Setup Setup is way easier than I expected. From pulling it out of the bag to actually lying down in the hammock takes maybe one minute. Design & Comfort Adjustability is a big win for me. Being able to tweak the height and length makes it work with different hammocks and lets you dial in how much sag you want. Once it’s set, it feels solid—no sketchy movement or wobble when shifting around. If I had to nitpick, sure, it’s not ultralight and it’s a bit bulky compared to minimalist setups. But that’s clearly the trade-off for how stable and durable it feels, and for my kind of use, I’m totally fine with that. Is It Worth the Price? It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there. You could always hang a hammock between two trees and call it a day. It was difficult to discern how heavy the bag was from the ads as I was worried about the weight. Rest assured, my 5 yr old daughter can carry the bag with everything the Full Pack came with. Once you get the hang of it, the hammock stand can be set up in 1-2 secs, time challenges with the kids. We were hoping to set this up outdoors when the weather played nice, but the family was too excited and decided to just set it up in the living room. Instructions were sewn on the bags. It had room for Me, My 5 and 10 yo daughters, and even our 20lb dog. Only gripe was the cup holder since I gotta have my coffee and my large mug barely fits inside, but any standard mug should fit. The phone holder however should be large enough to fit most phones! For the first few days of owning it, I commend the quality, sturdiness and comfort. I'm hoping for the netting to be in stock soon to complete the setup. With this hammock on hand, Here's to more enjoyable Family Camping, Picnic and Beach Days!

The hammock is a hit with friends and family, it's as easy to setup as advertised. light weight , easy to move.

Spent a weekend out at Detroit Lake and brought this hammock stand along. Honestly thought it might be one of those gimmicky pieces of gear, but it set up in just a couple minutes while my buddy was still wrestling with his tent poles. No trees, no fuss — just snap it open and you’re good. What surprised me most was how rock solid and comfortable it felt. I had my dog jump in with me and it didn’t move an inch. Later on, a few of my friends wandered over, gave it a try, and every single one of them said the same thing — sturdier and cozier than they expected. By the fire I switched it into chair mode and basically parked there the rest of the night. Way better than those cheap camp chairs from Bi-Mart. And when I packed it down in under a minute the next morning, that’s when everyone really got hooked — a couple of them said straight up they’re grabbing one before our next trip. All in all, it turned into the most talked-about piece of gear at camp. Didn’t think I’d be running a hammock “demo booth,” but here we are. So I’d say it passed the Oregon campsite test. Rain, shine, or Gorge winds, I’m bringing it out again.

First off it is sturdy, very sturdy. Our family of three sat in it which is pushing 400 lbs and it is very stable. I don’t think we are gonna get close to 550lbs is our life time. We put a double person hammock on it without any issue. The design can accompany hammocks big and small. The folding process is extremely easy and quick, it took less than 1 minute to fold and unfold it one you get a hang of it. The folded size is decent and carrying it around is not too painful for a 10 minutes walk. We like it very much and love to bring it around when we go car camping. We got compliments for it too.
