I am not sure. But you might go through a lot of it.

What cleaner/conditioner should I use before using fiebings alcohol dye ?

I don’t use anything. The pro dye is by far a superior product compared to many others. It’s the only dye I use on my leather projects these days. If you feel like you need to do something, an even coat of deglazer on the surface is the most I would do to clean things up.
