Decided to take the plunge and buy this after a year and a half of having a beko washer dryer we had no end of issues either it, chiefly it taking forever to dry clothes and then breaking. The Samsung is absolutely outstanding. It is so quiet, numerous features and has a decent capacity. There is no rocking about and the clothes dry perfectly every time. The connectivity with the Samsung SmartThings app is brilliant and I love the auto dispense of detergent and fabric softener a the ability to adjust amounts based on water hardness and concentration of the liquid. You can turn the auto dispense off to use powder or tablets but the only feature missing is like is to be able to set your custom programmes to not use auto dispense as certain washes we use sensitive laundry tablets instead so it a pain having to open the app to disable the auto dispense and then have to remember to re-enable it for the next wash. Other than that so far we’ve found it to be faultless.

Great washing machine/dryer. Took me ages to install it, but it's very quiet and very easy to use. There's no guessing; it tells what you have to do when installing. So far looks and works perfect.

We bought this machine a month ago and have been using it almost daily. It washes and dries the clothes very well; the quickest programme (cottons) takes about 5 hours altogether. What I really like is the fact that it has an automatic washing liquid dispenser, so all you need to do is fill the containers every now and then, set the water hardness, and the machine will measure the correct amount for the programme you've selected. I love that this (series 7) machine also washes bedding, which was one of the reasons we chose this model (it can't dry it though). The only downsides of this machine are the slightly electric smell the clothes have after drying, and the fact that small items of cloth (like toddler's socks) tend to get caught inside the door lining at the front, so I now use a wash bag for them. But overall, I am really happy, and this works well for our three-person family.

Terrible washer dryer, I genuinely wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's already needed two repairs since I bought it – the first within 30 days, and the second within 90. The build quality is shocking. The motors are terrible and prone to failing, and the belts go right along with them. Even when you've got the whole thing sitting totally level, the machine bangs about constantly. The suspension for the drum is basically like jelly, it just can't cope. To top it all off, the delivery guys from the company selling it through Amazon couldn't have cared less. They were incredibly rude and just dragged the machine off the van, completely wrecking the packaging in the process. Save your money and do not buy this.

Great washer dryer. Clothes come out clean and dryer is excellent. Love the auto dispense function for detergent and softener. It's quiet and unobtrusive. Would absolutely recommend.

The delivery guys were great. Plugged it in set it up. Very polite.

After years of cheap Indesit and Hotpoint machines, decided to go a bit more higher end. Dont regret it, especially at sale price of £879 with £100 cashback from Samsung. Quiet, washes great, good range of programmes, and Smart dose( btw greatest thing ever!!!). Highly, highly recommended.

Love how customisable it is and can do nearly everything from app and send the wash program to the washer. Can also create your own wash cycles. Love auto dispensing of liquids
