Shoothing heat for neck and Shoulder
I use it daily while watching tv the fabric is soft and comfortable with adjustable straps and the auto cut off makes it feel very safe i have used other heating pads but this one feels premium and actually gives relief

Not worth at all !!! Don't fall for Warranty !
Very poor material quality, was NOT as described, It stopped working completely in first 15 days of use. Tried to contact Amazon and Seller multiple times. Amazon kept on giving options to buy alternate product, requesting company to get a warranty repair was a total waste of time. Company keep on giving excuses. Warranty is a total scam

Product is good and easy to handle
I love this heating pad. Heating speed is also good having 5 point. The quality of this product is good. It help us to relax our pain in the neck, chest and back pain.It is fit for our muscles pain. And easy to use. Company provided in this 5 point to control heat. It has value for money.
