I was really worried because there were SOME weary reviews, but so far so good, I was able to get it set up within 15 minutes, got logged into iCloud, and now I’m updating it! All the keys I’ve used so far all work, and I’ll update this review when I have an honest opinion about the battery life. Going for refurbished was a fantastic idea, I also only ordered this 2 days ago (6/01/2024 & today is the 3rd) and it wasn’t scheduled to get here until the 6th. Overall satisfied with my purchase and the company I bought it from. Thank you for helping me make my job easier 💚 EDIT: 06/27/24- This is actually such a great value for the price. I use it every day and the battery lasts me all day, i've consistently had about 10-15 tabs or windows open; due to my job I have to, I'd say I get a full 10-12 hours of usage a day and when I don't have all those tabs open, id say maybe 15 hours of battery life a day. its really nice, none of the keys have had any issues so far, the microphone and speakers work, the camera works, I use zoom a lot for work, I also use it to occasionally watch Hulu and the battery will last about 7 hours doing just that. Overall, I'm beyond impressed by this Mac, and the company who is selling them. 08/31/25 update: everything still works beautifully and i play sims 4 on it A LOT. I use it for work and everything. Fantastic. All of the buttons still work as well and so do the USB ports and the mouse pad :)

Apple MacBook Pro Retina MF843LL/A 13" Laptop, 3.1GHz Intel Core i7, 16GB Memory, 512GB SSD, macOS 10.14 Mojave Received March 3rd. Changing cord didn’t work. November 17, 2025 it’s not working properly, as the screen pops up with Asian writing, mixed Asian and English writing, half of Text missing and sometimes the screen goes blank. Only use approximately five times since purchasing, so I don’t know why it already failed.

I’ve been looking for a Mac that had the old screens, the M1 and newer screens give me horrible Miriam’s and the older Mac’s don’t. This was honestly perfect! Lightweight, fast loading, and didn’t glitch! Customer service was super friendly and fast too. If I need another laptop I’ll definitely come back here, best seller experience for used Mac’s so far!

I originally purchased this item, knowing it is renewed. I needed an affordable MacBook that had more internal memory, RAM and a faster processor than the current model I own. I recieved my MacBook within days of the order, but it had a battery service issue from the start. I contacted the seller and they responded back in a couple days but guarenteed a quick replacement as soon as I followed Amazon's return process and gave the seller the tracking info upon releasing is back to UPS to ship back. Within 3 (business) days, I had the replacement delivered. Same technical specs, in great condition and this replacement has shown no battery issues. I've been a MacBook user for years for video editing, so I may be biased but my rating is due to the customer service and quality of renewed product. Thus far, my experience is great.
